Here is part two of my fan fiction with favourite boy bands McFly and Busted in their super group McBusted where they continued their tour in the world of Pokemon at the Johto region from the Gen 2 Pokémon games. Along the way, they have to help Lance to stop the Red Gyarados' rampage in the Lake of Rage. Enjoy and stay tuned for more to come!

Chapter 1: Johto
Journeys
Boy bands McFly and Busted joined together as McBusted
for their tour throughout the world of Pokémon with their next stop is the
Johto region. “Their buildings very much remind me of when we Busted boys
visited Japan” said James as soon as he arrived in Johto and took notice of the
traditional houses. “Ah yes, it’s been ages since we McFly boys last visited
Japan. I still have those recipes inspired by my trip there” said Danny. “This
makes you a Celebrity Masterchief!” said Tom.
Their tour begins in Ecruteak City, a place steeped in
history and home to the famous Kimono Sisters Satsuki, Sumomo, Tamao, Koume and
Sakura who greeted them. They were excited to meet them as huge fans of the
bands.
"We've been looking forward to your arrival.”We hope
your music will bring joy to the people of Johto, just as it has to us"
said Sakura, the youngest Kimono Sister. “Why thanks, we certainly will!” said
Matt who was welcomed. “My, you are all beautiful which makes you all our Party
Girls” said Dougie with the boys admiring their beauty. This made the Kimono
Sisters blush.
They offered a tour around the Johto region, showing them
many famous landmarks and their history including The Tin Tower and Mount
Silver. They also introduced them to Lance, the Dragon type champion who is
also a member of the Pokémon G-Men. “It’s nice to meet you boys. As a Pokémon
G-Men, it’s my duty to protect people and Pokémon from criminals” said Lance.
“A Pokémon hero team sounds cool. I like to be part of it!” said Charlie
jokingly. “You’re a champion? Bet I can beat you!” said Harry humorously. Lance
laughed and said “You’ll need a strong conviction to be part of Pokémon G-Men
and to stand a chance against my Dragon Brigade” said Lance.
Afterwards, The Boys showed the Kimono Sisters the two
eggs that they had received from Mewtwo. “They were given to us from Mewtwo
after we defeated it back in Kanto” explained Tom. The Kimono Sisters were
astonished to hear such unbelievable story. “Really? You all must have
been really strong to defeat such Pokémon!” said Satsuki. “To be given those
eggs must have proven your worth” said Sumomo. “I can tell that the eggs will
hatch into some special Pokémon” said Tamao. “I trust that you’ll take care of
them” said Koume. “Thanks, we will” said Charlie.
And so, their tour has commenced with the boys getting
the crowd wild with their hits and tour antics including the boys walking on
the tour stairs, shooting out their t-shirts for lucky fans to catch although
there was one time when Dougie couldn’t resist kicking Danny in his rear end.
It all for a good laugh for them both. Also, Matt has casually shared a story
when they had written an awesome intro for the McBusted MEAT tour but James has
lost it, much to James’ embarrassment and amusement.
Along the way, they have caught and raised some new
Pokémon. Danny has an Espeon, Tom has a Typhlosion, Dougie has a Feraligatr,
Harry has an Umbreon, James has a Scizor, Matt has a Tyranitar and Charlie has
a Meganium. As well for their tour to show off their moves for stage effects,
they also took part in the Pokeathlon which has lots of sport-based events for
Pokémon. The boys were cheering as they watched their Pokémon giving their all.
“Go go Espeon! Give it your all as the Wing Man just like
I have!” cheered Danny as his Espeon was the goalkeeper for Goal Roll. “Oh
yeah? Watch my Tyanitar score a goal!” said Matt as his Tyanitar was shooting
the ball.
“Oh good! My Scizor has jumped over the hurdles!” cheered
James during the Hurdle Dash event. “Oh no! My Feraligatr has tripped over the
hurdle!” cried Dougie. “Slow and steady wins the race” said Charlie clamy with
his Meganium catching up.
“My Typhlosion shall be the last one standing!” said Tom
with his Typhlosion taking part in the Circle Push event with Harry’s Umbreon.
“Oh yeah? My Umbreon can take on anything!” said Harry.
They were all having a great time together as friends and
with their Pokémon but there was a greater challenge awaiting them.
Chapter 2: Protecting the world from devastation
The Boys were making their way to Mahogany Town for their
next concert. While they were walking around town with the eggs to help them to
hatch, they spotted a suspicious group of people in black uniforms and the
letter R on their uniform rushing about. “What you think they could be up to?” said
Tom. “I don’t know. They better not be causing any trouble” replied
Charlie.
It wasn’t long until they bumped into Lance who rushed
towards them with a concerned look on his face. “Hey Lance, what seems to be
the problem?” asked Dougie. “Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but we have
received an urgent report of a Red Gyarados on a rampage at the Lake of Rage. I
suspect that Team Rocket is behind this using the power source throughout
Mahogany Town which is what making it mad. This could be dangerous for you all
so I’m afraid you all may have to postpone your concert here” said Lance
gravely.
This has concerned the McBusted boys. They didn’t want to
disappoint their fans and were troubled with the fact that there are people
harming innocent Pokémon. “Please let us help you” said James. “I’m sorry but I
can’t allow you all to be put at risk” said Lance sternly. “But we want to
help! Music is what reunites us with fans and I can’t bear the thought of
letting down fans and for a Pokémon to be hurt if we don’t do something!”
pleaded Danny. The others were thinking the exact same thing. Realising their
conviction and concern, Lance said to them “Very well then, I could use some
backup.” The McBusted boys were more than ready to help with Lance lead the way
to the Lake of Rage.
The once peaceful lake was now under threat from a
rampaging Red Gyarados with wild Pokémon fleeing in terror. There were also the
same suspicious group of people that they saw earlier who are from Team Rocket
who are standing next to a power generator. “Prepare for trouble!” said one of
them named Jessie. “And make it double!” said another one named James. “Meowth!
That’s right!” said a Meowth that talks. “A Meowth that talks?” said Dougie
with bewilderment.
“So you’re the ones responsible for Gyarados’ rampage
using that power generator aren’t you? ” demanded Lance. “Well spotted but we
can’t let you anywhere near it! We Team Rocket shall use our Rocket Generator
to control every Pokémon powerful as this Gyarados!” bragged Jessie. “Its radio
transmitters force Pokémon to evolve twice as quickly at the cost of their
sanity! We shall make any weak Pokémon to evolve for us to command!” boasted
Meowth. “We can’t allow you to use innocent Pokémon like that!”
yelled Charlie. “We’ll make you pay for stopping our tour and harming those
Pokémon!” cried Tom. “Well you’re going to have to stop us Twerps!” said James.
They noticed the Red Gyarados trashing about as it cried
out in pain. It’s hostile yet agitated behaviour has made them wary yet sorry
for it. Lance kept his composure and said “I’ll keep the Red Gyarados
distracted while you all take care of Team Rocket and that Rocket Generator of
theirs!”. The McBusted boys agreed with the plan. “We’ll show Team Rocket what
we’re made off!” said Harry.
Chapter 3 – A Shiny Showdown
While Lance sends out his Dragonite to keep the Red
Gyarados distracted, the McBusted boys work together to fight Team Rocket.
“Espeon, use Glitzy Glow!” Danny commanded. His Espeon’s
eyes glowed as it unleashed its powerful psychic attack Team Rocket’s Golbats
which knocked them out with it being super effective against them. A few
remaining used Confuse Ray but Espeon bounced them back using its Magic Bounce
ability. “Yeah! Have a taste of your own medicine!” boasted Danny.
He noticed that Harry’s Umbreon was having some trouble
against Team Rocket’s Muks as they were constantly jabbing it with their Poison
Jab. “Quick Espeon, help them out!” said Danny as he commanded his Espeon to
use Substitute and Baton Pass it to Harry’s Umbreon, giving it a safety
buffer (while protecting it from any Poison status). “Thanks Mush, I owe you
one!” said Harry, smiling with appreciation with give Umbreon a chance to fight
back using Baddy Bad.
James Bourne spotted that Charlie’s Meganium was about to get
hit by Team Rocket’s Golbats firing their Air Slash which would do a lot of
damage due to it being super effective so he commanded his Scizor to quickly
use its Bullet Punch on the Golbats before they hit Charlie’s Meganium. Having
to be boosted by Technician, the Golbats couldn’t withstand the hits. “Good
thinking there! Thanks for that!” said Charlie. “Anything for you Men” replied
James. They both smiled at each other. Charlie returned the favour by telling
his Meganium to use Reflect and Light Screen which helped to raise James Bourne’s Scizor’s defensives.
“Out of the way you puff of clouds!” yelled Dougie as his
Feraligatr charged into the Weezings using Liquidation, boosted by its ability
Sheer Force which allowed Feraligatr to hit harder. “Good job Dougie, those
Weezings was giving us some trouble with their Poison” said Matt with he and
Tom commanding their Tyranitar and Typhlosion to follow up the attack with
Stone Edge and Eruption. “Whenever we’re jamming together or clashing in with a
healthy rivalry, we do make a good team with some things that we can agree on”
said Tom. They all warmly smiled in agreement.
The Team Rocket grunts were defeated with only Jessie,
James and Meowth remaining with their Wobbuffet. “You twerps are not going
anywhere near our Rocket Generator!” yelled Jessie. “Who are you calling us
twerps?!” objected Dougie. “You all shall be the twerps once we all beat you!” said
Harry as his Umbreon, James Bourne’ Scizor, Dougie’s Feraligatr and Matt’s Tyranitar
all combined their Foul Play, Bullet Punch, Liquidation and Stone Edge at Team
Rocket’s Wobbuffet with them being the closest to it. However, Meowth said “Eat
this!” and Wobbuffet used Counter to bounce back the moves to their Pokémon.
“But how?” cried Matt. “We’ll take care of this! Let them
have it!” said Danny with his Espeon, Tom’s Typhlosion and Charlie’s Meganium
firing their Shadow Ball, Flamethrower and Energy Ball at Wobbuffet, only for
it to counter their moves with Mirror Coat. “Ha! You Twerps don’t stand a
chance against out Wobbuffet!” boasted James. “So you all might as well
surrender to Team Rocket!” gloated Jessie.
But the McBusted boys are not giving up. “We all need to
work together!” said Tom. “Right, we’re with you Tom!” said Charlie. “Let’s
give them the performance that they’ll never forget!” said James Bourne as they
commanded their Pokémon to attack Wobbuffet all at once. This time, it wasn’t
able to counter all of their hits at once which resulted in a powerful
explosion that not only destroyed the Rocket Generator but also blasted off
Team Rocket. “We’re blasting off again!” cried Team Rocket as they launched off
into the sky. “Adios losers!” cheered Dougie.
Although they have destroyed the Rocket Generator
and defeated Team Rocket, The Red Gyarados’ rage was still growing strong with
Lance’s Dragonite getting weaker despite it putting up a good fight with
powerful moves such as Extreme Speed. It was about to hit The Red Gyarados with
Thunder Punch but it blocked the move with Aqua Tail and hit it hard back with
Ice Fang. “Return, don’t push yourself” said Lance, returning his Dragonite. He
turned to the McBusted boys and said “Thanks for doing your job but I’m going
to need some backup” said Lance. “Don’t worry, leave it to us!” said Charlie.
The McBusted boys’ Pokémon fought their hardest, fighting
against The Red Gyarados’ moves but because of the damage they had sustained,
they were at a disadvantage. “No! It’s too strong!” cried Matt. “What should we
do?” said Harry worriedly. Just when the Red Gyarados was about to attack with
its Hyper Beam, something amazing happened with their eggs hatched into two
Ralts. They weren’t just any Ralts, they were shiny Ralts with a darker shade
of their usual coloration. “Wow! They’re Ralts!” beamed Tom with astonishment.
“And they are shiny!” cheered Charlie with amazement. It was as if they were
responding to their help. Despite them being newly hatched, the two shiny Ralts
protected the McBusted boys from Gyarados’ attack using Disarming Voice which
also hits the Gyarados.
The power of their voices seemed to have weakened the Red
Gyarados, allowing the McBusted boys’ Pokémon to deal one final attack to
subdue it. Lance used this chance to capture it in a Pokeball to rehabilitate
it and use it for his team. “Boys, I can’t thank you all enough for all of your
help!” said Lance happily. “You don’t have to thank us; thank our Ralts!” said
Danny. “Yeah, they’re the real stars!” said James as he and Danny held the two
shiny Ralts in their arms. The Ralts reached out their hands to them as if they
were hugging them back.
Chapter 4: Ending with a Rainbow
The McBusted boys returned to their hotel, feeling proud
that they had done a good deed saving the Johto region with their tour is able
to continue as scheduled. They were also overjoyed with their newly hatched
Pokémon who has been a big help. They showed their Ralts to the Kimono Sisters
who visited them after hearing the news.
“Wow! I never seen a Ralts here, let alone two shiny
ones!” said Sakura with fascination. “I know that these Pokémon will be special
to you all” said Satsuki. “Of course, I’ll show mine that Busted are better!”
said Matt jokingly. “Nah, it’ll be McFly who is the best!” said Harry joining their
friendly banter. Either way, they know that their Ralts will be a welcoming
addition to their McBusted team.
Afterwards, they decided to write a song that reflected
their experience. “It should be about our adventure at the Rage of the Lake” suggested Dougie.
“Sounds good, I’m on it!” said Charlie, writing down the lyrics. They
played their new song throughout the rest of their tour in Johto which is like
telling a story of their journey throughout the region, their battle with the
Red Gyarados and the bond and bravery that they shared with their Pokémon and
each other.
Before they left Johto, they spotted something flying
towards the rainbow. “Hey, what’s that?!” called Danny, pointing to it. It was
the legendary Pokémon Ho-oh which was a majestic sight; shining as the rainbow
from their Hyde Park concert. It’s said that whoever saw it is promised external
happiness so this was meant to be for the McBusted boys. “Wow! It’s so
sparkling as the rainbow” said James as their hearts were swelling with
emotion, ending their tour in Johto on a high note. This makes them excited for
other adventures that awaited them in the Pokémon world. But for now, they were
happy to celebrate their victory with two new shiny friends on their side.
