McBusted's Cassette Beasts Adventures; Bonds of Fusion Chapter 6 - A way home

Here's a brand new story starring two of my favourite boy bands McFly and Busted as their super group McBusted and my original character Dominic who were sent into New Wirral from the monster catching RPG game Cassette Beasts. I've played Cassette Beasts last year and it's a good Pokémon clone with its own identity so I thought I'll come up with a short story with again The McBusted boys and Dominic venturing in the world of Cassette Beasts, using monsters that I've nicknamed them after in the game (with the exception of Dominic).

Here's the final chapter where Dominic and the McBusted boys have to fight Aleph in order to get home. Enjoy.

Chapter Six – A way home

With Dominic and each of the McFly and Busted boys defeated the rogue fusions, they rendezvous at the town hall in Harbour Town. They were overjoyed to be reunited and relieved for their safety, embracing each other tightly.

They exchange what they have learned and experienced, including their fusions and their encounter with Morgante, who told them a clue about the location they have to find and the song they have to learn so that they can get back home. “It was amazing to be fused with Dominic. It’s like our hearts combined as one!” said Danny excitedly as he held Dominic’s shoulder. “Yeah, it made James and I stronger, though you should let me share your body, er I mean share with you next Danny”, said Dougie. “Not without fusing with me first!” said Matt, who cheekily butted in.

“Did any of you guys encounter this archangel who goes by the name of Morgante?” asked Dominic. “Oh yeah, we did, she told us about the song that we need to play in this area so that we can open the portal that is said to lead us home,” said James. “We sure have been learning a lot of songs for our adventures, haven’t we?” said Tom with fascination. “Guess that because we’re musicians, though I don’t get to sing”, said Harry jokingly.

“She told us to go to the top of the altar of fire, but where could that be?” asked Charlie. Lanthe happened to overhear this. She went over to them and said, “That sounds like Autumn Hills. I know that there is an altar located there.” Lanthe showed them the directions that led them to Autumn Hills. “Thanks, we owe you once again”, said Tom.

Once they arrived at Autumn Hills, Dominic found an altar on the top of the hill. It has two fire pillars in between. “Now that’s a peculiar place which certainly stands out”, said James, analysing it. Just as the McBusted boys were about to play the song that is said to open the portal, they noticed several rangers camping out, having been worn down from some intense battles. That gave them an idea. “Why don’t we make a show out of this?” suggested Dougie. “Good idea! It’s what we do as a super group after all!” said Matt excitedly.

So they gathered the rangers, informing them they’re about to perform a special song to not only open the portal but to entertain them. “Everyone, get ready for our special performance from McFly and Busted, plus our special guest just for you!” said Danny. “You all earned this!” said Charlie as they performed the song that describes the power of reuniting your hearts as one, symbolising fusion.

The Rangers were amazed by their incredible vocals and fascinated to witness a performance from another world that brought them back to when they were on their home world. It also helped that the very song they sang resonated with them, and the McBusted boys encouraged them to join their performance by interacting with them (including Danny conducting his audience to sing with them, James and Tom hi-fiving the crowd and Dougie getting on top of Matt’s back to make the audience laugh) which is just like what they do for their live shows. The McBusted boys and Dominic were having fun too, feeding off their audience's energy, which gives them encouragement.

Once they finished singing the song, a gateway to the portal that takes the form of a scroll appeared. The McBusted boys knew that it was the next step that’ll lead them back to their home. “We hope you all enjoyed the show!” said Harry, with the Rangers cheering for them and wishing them good luck.

The portal has led Dominic and the McBusted boys to Night’s Bridge Station, where there were monsters lurking about. “Looks like we have to fight our way through”, said Tom. “With our monsters and fusions combined, I know that we’ll make it home alive together!” said Dominic, giving The McBusted boys some encouragement as he got out his cassette tape. “You said it, Dominic!” said Danny with determination.

They all worked together, using their monsters to take out the opposing monsters that attacked them, protecting one another, although they were saving fusion for later. Danny spotted Dougie as Jormungold surrounded by Fountess (shower-like monsters). Quickly, he used Aeroborous’ Hurricane to blow them away. “I always got your back, Dougie!” called Danny reassuringly. “Thanks, Danny, though fancy your monster being a snake; not like the one that got into your shorts when you were in the jungle”, said Dougie, which made Danny blush with embarrassment.

A Djinn Entonic used its Moonshine on Tom and James, which caused them to become dizzy with confusion. Dominic fired Kpheri’s Rapid Fire to take out the Djinn Entonic from behind. “God, it’s been ages since I’ve been drinking” said Tom as his way of thanking Dominic just after he recovered from his dizziness. They both helped Dominic, who was about to be hit by Djinn Entonic’s bottle projectiles, by using Bottle Volley. James fired Maridusa’s Energy Shot at the bottles, and Tom charged into Djinn Entonic, using Arkidd’s Battery. “Men, who would have thought that drinking could be so violent?” said James. “This is why I prefer playing video games or listening to your music rather than going out drinking”, said Dominic as they all laughed at their joke.

Charlie and Matt were fighting against a Smogmagog, a monster that resembles a walking cooling giant. “We gotta beat that thing to take care of the environment”, said Matt as Smogmagog uses its smog to block their vision. Harry as Galagor fired its Shooting Star at Smogmagog from behind. “There, that’ll take care of...” said Harry just before Smogmagog self-destructed upon defeat, dealing damage to the three. “I guess this plan of yours has got off with a bang”, said Charlie dryly. The battles were tough, but with their teamwork, they knew that they could pull it through together.

 Eventually, they reached an archangel that has a triangular face, wearing a British red military uniform. “Well, how do you do, travellers? I am Aleph, but you can call me Al,” said the strange-looking archangel. “We know that you are responsible for the rogue fusions that brought us here, Triangle Face!” said Dougie. “Well, you’re pretty rude. I’ll have to teach you some manners!” said Aleph menacingly, with the others rolling their eyes, though it’s not surprising with this behaviour expected from Dougie.

“We were told that you’ve been using rogue fusions as a way to create enough power to open the gates for you to get to other worlds, which has been endangering New Wirral” said Dominic firmly. “That Morgante, she knows too much. But even so, I won’t hide the fact that my fellow comrades and I do intend to leave this world for us to conquer other worlds, spreading our power and superiority throughout,” answered Aleph. “But isn’t that what caused us to be sent here?” demanded James. “We won’t let you conquer any worlds!” added Charlie.

“Now, now, Boys, I say that the fact that you were all sent here is proof that my experiment has been a success, and you should be honoured to be part of it”, said Aleph. “So we’re nothing but your Guinea Pigs”, said Matt with a deadpan expression.  “Thrilled to be part of your plan”, said Harry with sarcasm. “Well, we could lighten things up here, but hey, as my way to show my gratitude and respect for you making it this far, how about we propose a deal? I’ll allow you all to get back into your world without any consequences in exchange for us leaving your world alone while we pay other worlds a visit?”

The boys were not fooled by Aleph’s wiles, with Dominic saying, “There’s no way we’ll allow other worlds to suffer, so no deal!” “Yeah, you can forget it!” said Danny, agreeing with him. Aleph was enraged and said, “Fine! I’ll have to take you all on by force! And once I’m done with you brats, I’ll visit your reality!” “We’ll show you the power of our teamwork as a band!” said Tom as they were all ready to fight Aleph, transforming into their monsters and fusing with their respective partners.

Aleph was a formidable opponent with an unpredictable fighting style and powerful attacks, such as Prismatic, which alters his elemental typing and Death by 1000 cuts using his sword projectiles. But each of the fusions stood their ground, helping each other to turn the tide of the battle with Dominic and Danny as Aeropri, who flies through the air and fire their attacks from above, including their Shooting Star at the swords to allow the others to attack Aleph as said by Dominic, “Quick, use this chance!” “Our teamwork is mightier than a sword!” said Danny as their allies wasted no time in attacking Aleph.

Aleph fired his Crystal Lens at Aeropri to shoot them down. “Think you Peasants can beat me by remaining airborne? Don’t think you can win with that cheap tactic!” said Aleph, who flew towards Aeropri, about to beat them up with his melee attack Deus Ex Calibur, but Charlie and Tom stopped him just in time by unleashing Arkstrike’s bolts of electricity using Lightning Bolt, which stopped Aleph’s tracks. “Our combined lighting and passion shall stop you!” said Charlie. “Shocking as Thor!” said Tom. Dominic and Danny thanked them with Aeropri, and the others attacked Aleph.

Aleph fired even more sword projectiles at them using Death by 10,000 cuts, which makes it harder for Dominic and the McBusted boys to fight him. “Have fun getting past my swords!” taunted Aleph. “We’ll give you fun!” said James as he and Dougie as Mardigold fight against the swords by either battering against them using Pre-emptive Strike or firing their Energy Shots to keep Aleph guessing. “That’ll teach you for playing with dangerous objects!” said Dougie, with the others doing the same strategy (including Aeropri blowing the swords away with their Hurricane). This helped to clear away Aleph’s attack, allowing their hits to land on him.

Aleph used Sharpen, which powered up his Crystal Lens, which was strong enough to break through holes in walls. The McBusted boys and Dominic tried to get in close range to avoid his Crystal Lens, but Aleph had another trick up his sleeve, which involves using Sharp Edges that cause contact damage whenever they attack him directly. But Matt and Harry had an idea to combat that. As Coalgor, they fired Coal Story at the Crystal Lens combined with Boardcast so that they can fire the attack multiple times, which also hits Aleph while avoiding making direct contact. This helped to buy some time for the Sharp Edges to wear off, allowing the others to attack him without getting hit. “This is our recipe for success!” bragged Matt. “Together we shall win this!” cheered Harry.

Even with the combined powers of their fusions, Aleph wasn’t defeated yet. He was intrigued by their fusions. “So you humans can fuse your monsters? Maybe I could use some team-building exercise myself,” said Aleph as several large entities appeared right beside Aleph. “What on Earth are those monasteries?” said Matt in awe. “Why, these are my fellow Archangels like myself and Morgante whom you meet, before she betrayed me”, answered Aleph. Aleph further explained that he uses the Archangels to forcibly fuse the native monsters, thereby utilising their powers to weaken the fabric of reality. “And now, they shall become a part of me”, said Aleph as he fused with the Archangels, having each of their body parts attached to him, becoming Aleph Null. “What such abomination!” exclaimed Dougie. “Come on, everyone, we've got to defeat Aleph and win this!” said Dominic, giving the McBusted boys encouragement.

The fusions tried their hardest, but Aleph Null was too much for them.Coalgor fired their Coal Story at Aleph Null, but he fired a huge water sprout attack that not only drenched Coalgor but everyone else too, using Waterworks. Coalgor formed Earth Wall to block any incoming attacks while firing their attacks, but Aleph Null has the special ability to unleash an angelic attack (which is what Archangels can use) using Morningstar’s Judgement, which took out their wall while dealing huge damage to Coalgor .

Mardigold tried to use Hypnotise to cause Aleph Null to fall asleep, but it had no effect on him, so they were forced to focus on offence using Toxic Stab, but Aleph Null countered them first by ramming into Mardigold with a powerful force using Mountain Smash. It was followed by Poppetox’s Feedback while Maridgold was down.

Aleph Null then fired a Lightning Bolt towards the fusions. Arkstrike unleashed their Lightning Bolt to counter it while protecting the others. They appeared to be evenly matched, but Aleph Null unleashed another angelic attack using Nowhere Monarch’s Bomb Voyage towards Arkstrike, causing them to get hit by the Lightning Bolt.

Aleph Null released Clockwork Mouse towards the fusions, but Aeropri took out the clockwork mice by shooting their Shooting Stars from above as if a meteor shower was falling towards the earth. Aleph Null fired a sparkling projectile using Glitter Bomb towards Aeropri, who blew them away using Hurricane. However, Aleph Null was using that to catch them off guard as he went close to them while they were blowing away his attack and struck them down at close range using Galactic Beatdown. As Aeropri came crashing to the ground, Aleph Null used Hackhedron’s Frustum Cull on Aeropri.

Having to become weakened, Dominic and the McBusted boys reverted from their fused monsters.  “Ugh, that felt rough”, said Matt weakly as they were lying on the floor. While they were down, Aleph Null shattered their tapes. “No! Our vintage processions!” cried James. “We can’t lose!” yelled Harry frustrated. “Dominic, what are we going to do?” cried Danny nervously. Dominic didn’t have an answer. “Ha! It’s no use since you are all merely humans getting in my way! Your realities shall be the first to head towards the path of destruction! What a marvellous plaything is shall be!” said Aleph Null mockingly.

Just when all hope is seemingly lost, Morgante makes her appearance. She said to Dominic and the McBusted boys, “Don’t give up. You humans must continue to fight for your dreams until the very end”, said Morgante. “But how? Our cassettes are broken, men!” cried Dougie. “You fool, these cassettes are merely talismans. The ability to manifest your will to alter reality, to change your world and yourselves...lies within yourselves! So get up and use that power!” said Morgante

Dominic and the McBusted boys realised what she meant with Charlie saying, “Ah...we have that power within ourselves the whole time”. “We’re a super group after all”, said Tom, agreeing with him.  They gathered their strength and stood up. “Why? Why do you all persist?” asked Aleph Null. “Because we humans don’t give up as long as we have the ideas to inspire others and the will to overcome anything!” answered Dominic with determination. “We’ll be giving our all just like our shows!” said Danny with resolve. “The song doesn’t end just yet!” said Tom with courage. “We will keep on playing!” said James with tenacity. “Rising together until we win!” said Charlie bravely. “We’re gonna kick your butt!” said Dougie with guts. “Showing what we can do!” said Matt with valour. “Nothing shall stop us!” said Harry with audacity.

Dominic felt a special kind of power from Morgante as he said to the McBusted boys, “Alright, are we all ready for this?” The McBusted boys chanted in agreement, and they all fused with Morgante to become Morgante Gestalt.

“Wow! We all become one, just like with our super group!” said James with fascination. “Like a Power Ranger Megazord!” said Tom excitedly. “So we’re sharing one body,” said Dougie slyly. “Let’s give it our all together, just like for our show!” said Danny, filled with energy. “That’s right, Danny, as our ultimate fusion for the sake of our world!” said Dominic with his will fire up.

“Ah, the old witch. You are forever a thorn on my side, aren’t you?” said Aleph Null, who used another Angelic attack using Alice’s High & Mighty. “Not this time!” said Dominic as Morgante Gestalt charged up an attack that resembled a laser beam made out of astral power, which cuts through the Angelic attack and heads straight towards Aleph Null using Dominic’s Will Power.

“Humph, not bad, but I won’t be bested by humans!” said Aleph Null, using Robin Goodfellow’s Fairy Horde. “No, you don’t! Take this!” said Danny as Morgante Gestalt physically fights through the attack while boosting their attack powers so that they can hit harder, surrounded by an astral aura that resembled musical notes using Danny’s Energy.

After taking a lot of damage, Aleph Null fights back using Mammon’s Market Crash. “You won’t stop us now!” said Tom with Morgante Gestalt countering the attack by summoning astral musical note projectiles using Tom’s melody.

Aleph Null retaliated by firing Lamento Mori’s Death Ray from above. “Not so fast!” said James, as Morgante Gestalt dodged the attack with extra Speed and as surrounded by astral muscial notes, using James’ Creativity.

Aleph Null unleashed another Angelic attack using Babelith’s True Illumination. “We can handle anything you throw at us!” said Charlie as Morgante Gestalt shields themselves with astral musical notes, raising their defenses using Charlie’s Dedication.  

Aleph Null fired Cosmic Kunai towards Morgante Gestalt. It was a powerful attack that was hard to avoid, even with their raised defenses and speed. “Eat this, Pal!” said Dougie as Morgante Gestalt unleashed a barrage of astral musical notes using Dougie’s Mischief, which causes Aleph Null to become burnt as a random status effect for a while.

That helped Morgante Gestalt to fight back using a wave of astral musical notes using Matt’s Talent, which also enables them to attack multiple times, as said by Matt, “We gotta keep going!” “I’ll guide you all to win!” said Harry as Morgante Gestalt healed from the astrak musical note-like energy using Harry’s Spirit.

“Impossible! How is it that you humans are able to resist me along with those fused monsters?!” demanded Aleph Null, who became weakened. “It’s because we’re not alone!” replied Danny. “As a band and as friends, we work together to overcome anything!” added James. “That’s how we become closer than ever!” answered Tom. “Our love and bond are unbreakable!” said Charlie. “It’s how our fusions are made possible with us uplifting each other whenever one of us is down, which allows us to stand up to any adversary!” said Dominic with Morgante Gestalt charging up an angelic attack known as Coda Morgana.

Deep down, Aleph Null knew that they had a point. Although he had the Archangels allied with them, he only sees them as tools to fulfil his goal, with Morgante leaving by his side because she didn’t agree with him conquering worlds and after he killed her son Mordead who tried to stop him. That makes him alone at heart. Morgante Gestalt then unleashed Coda Morgana at Aleph Null, dealing severe damage that finished him off. “I see,” said Aleph Null, who was his last words as he dealt his defeat with dignity.

This makes Dominic and the McBusted boys victories, with them separated from Morgante. “I congratulate you, brave mortals, overcoming anything with the power of fusion. You all may return home now,” said Morgante, showing them a portal that leads them to their world. The boys thanked her and wasted no time getting into the portal, sending them back to their studio.

“Home is where the heart is; just like for one of our songs from our third album,” said Dougie. “Who would have thought that our conversation about cassettes would lead us to one big adventure?” said Harry. “One thing is for sure that this brought us closer together. I know we can face anything as long as we have each other,” said Dominic as they all affectionately linked their shoulders. “Next time, we should stick with CDs or digital downloads,” said Matt jokingly as they all laughed, having to gone through an adventure that tighten their bonds that cannot be broken as a super group, as a fan, and as close friends and polygamous lovers.

Here's Chapter 5 where Matt Willis and Harry Judd have to fight their way through Falldown Mall after becoming separated. Enjoy and stay tuned for more. 

Chapter 5 - Shop 'til you don't drop 

Use this for the battle theme

Matt Willis and Harry Judd have made their way to Falldown Mall, located on the hills in the northern area of Eastern Woods. The mall is barely functioning with no services yet it still provide valuable resources for rangers. But with the monsters influenced by rogue fusion activity making themselves at home there, it makes Falldown Mall a no go zone which is why Matt and Harry have to clear them away.

“Well then, time to go on a shopping spree or should I say monster mashing spree?” said Matt as they were confronted by Squireys (pangolin monsters with an appearance of a knight), Clocksleys (small green wind-up toy like monsters with a clockwork and a long claw arm) and Muskrateers (mice wearing a hat, holding a sword and riding on on a mouse shaped carousel seat). “I’ll be the one to take them out first!” said Harry as the competitive one who likes to lighten up spirits.  “Not if I beat you first!” said Matt, playing along as they transformed into their given monsters Couldron and Galagor.

As Couldron, Matt utilises its tanking capabilities, deflecting hits from the Muskrateer fusions, striking back with its swords, and retaliating with Couldron’s Coal Story, firing the attack from its cannon. “I am currently cooking up an appetite!” said Matt as he took them down. The Musrateers created a wall made out of bricks using Plastic Wall, which blocks attacks. “Not so fast, as I have a secret ingredient!”  said Matt, using Couldron’s Crumble, which took down their walls, allowing him to defeat the Muskrateer fusions.

Harry makes use of Galagor’s defensives by using Galagor’s Meditate, which temporarily puts it to sleep while raising its attack and defensives. “I can do this all day. I bet this is what it’s like meditating!” bragged Harry while Galagor handles the hits from the Squirey fusions who smack Galagor with their spears. Once Galagor has woken up, Harry then activated its Broadcast ability, which allows Galagor to take down the Squirey fusions by firing Shooting Star multiple times. “That’s for the rude awakening, you Rats!” said Harry.

All that is left is the Clocksley fusions, who fired their bricks from a distance using Brick Blast. “I’ll teach you to toss some toys like that!” said Matt as Couldron formed a wall made out the essence of earth using Earth Wall which gives Harry a chance to take them out using Galagor’s Energy Waves with the Multi Strike effect taking place (via Boardcast) to take out multiple of them. Harry also used Galagor’s Provoke to redirect Clocksley’s attacks towards him to protect Matt, much to his appreciation (and amusement with Harry taunting them saying “You all need a windup!”).  Now that was easy!” said Harry as soon as they defeated the Clocksleys.

Use this for the fight against the rogue fusion

But it was only the beginning with a knight-like pangolin with a halberd known as a Palanlin and another knight-like pangolin that is brawly looking, holding a spear and resembling a dark knight called a Manispear have appeared on top of the floor above them, fusing together into a small but fearsome knight pangolin with a sword, making it the rogue fusion of the area. It’s known as a Palanspear.

“It looks like the Pangolins are getting their back on us for hunting them” said Matt half jokingly, half nervously. “Come on, we gotta show what we’re made of!” said Harry, giving him encouragement as they made their way up the stairs to fight Palanspear. The pangolin knight had swift movements as it easily dodged their attacks and hit back hard, including by whacking its sword on Couldron and Galagor using Copper Chop. It also hides itself within the shadows and strikes them with an ambush attack using Stab in the Dark. “How is that fair?!” exclaimed Harry in frustration. “This knight is definitely tough”, said Matt with awe.  The Palaspear used its ruthless instincts from the Manispear side by ramming its right fist onto the ground right next to Couldron and Galagor, using Super Heated Fist, which caused the ground to break. Matt and Harry became separated as they fell into the hole.

When Matt got round, he found himself in a long corridor surrounded by darkness (having to be de-transformed from Coaldron). “Where am I? Where are you, Harry?” asked Matt. He cautiously looked around, unsure of what might creep up on him. Suddenly, an arrow shoots towards him which made him jump. “Who’s there?!” cried Matt. He then found some green coloured robot like monsters holding a bow and arrow, resembling Robin Hood, called Robindam. “If you think you can rob me, then you think wrong!” said Matt as his way to respond, covering his fear and transforming back into Coaldron.

He tries to fight back the Robindams, firing Coaldron’s Coal Story at the arrow, but he keeps on missing the arrows and gets hit by them with the Robindams’ precise bull’s-eye shot. It also didn’t help that the Robindams kept on hiding behind the pillars for them to dodge Matt’s attacks and fire their arrows from there.

“Ugh, this is hopeless. I better get out of here instead,” ranted Matt as he moved his Coaldron towards the end of the corridor where he hoped the exit was, but the Coaldron was rather slow, which exposed Matt to the Robindam’s arrows. Matt felt helpless, he wished that he is with Harry, let alone any of his bandmates and friends who would help him to fight against the Robindams.

But Matt realised that only he can get himself out of this, coming up with ways to defeat the Robindams. “Alright, you Robin Hoods asked for it!” said Matt, who blocked the attacks using Earth Wall. That gives Matt some time to fire Coaldron’s ranged attacks including Boil which scalded one of the Robindams (as Matt taunted it saying “Ha! Ha! How do you like them apples?!”) and Hot Potato (a bomb move that exploded on the Robindam with Matt saying upon witnessing it “Just like when we played Trivia Tricks; only this time, the potato aided me!”).

This helped Matt to make his way towards the exit, but there were still some Robindams in the way who shot their arrows in front of him on the floor, which prevented him from moving any further.  “You all aren’t getting in my way!” said Matt, firing Coaldron’s Coal Story towards the ground to unearth the arrows. “Now this is what I call a bull’s eye!” said Matt, who aimed the Coaldron’s cannon at the Robindams and fired Shooting Star at them to take them down. Some more Robindams were running after him, but he unleashed Coaldron’s Sandstorm, which blocked their vision, allowing Matt to make his getaway towards the exit, where he is back in the main room, where he is face-to-face with Palasear, for now.

Meanwhile, Harry was in a separate corridor where he was confronted by some Ratcousels; monsters that resemble carousel rides found at funfairs with a huge rat head wearing a crown and smaller rats that constantly rotate around at the base of its body as if they were riding the carousel. “Rats!” cried Harry as he was forced to fight them as Galagor.

The Ratcousels all out speeded Harry by wheeling throughout the corridor, getting up close to him and attacking at close range with their smack or Toy Hammer or attacking from a distance using Clockwork Mouse or Brick Blast. “I’m not supposed to be outrun!” cried Harry in frustration. Being outnumbered also made him anxious. He wished that he didn’t get separated from Matt, or at least had one of his bandmates or friends to keep him company.

Then he remembered that his Galagor was full of tricks, just like himself, so he figured that only he could get out of this himself until he reunites with the others. “Alright, you asked for it, Mouseys!” said Harry and used Galagor’s Trick, which randomly caused the Ratcousels to become confused and attack each other or use the wrong move. “That’ll teach you, Rats!” said Harry, which helped to buy some time for Galagor to Meditate, raising its Attack and Defensives while sleeping.

The confusion status has worn off, and the Ratcousels fired their Brick Blast at Harry, causing Galagor to wake up and fire its Moonshine at them, as said by Harry “That’s for waking us up!” He also uses Galagor’s Broadcast to fire its attacks conclusively towards the ground near multiple Ratcousels, including Magic Tome and Shooting Star, which slowed them down or tripped over. “The bigger they are, the harder they fall!” laughed Harry. With his cunning tricks, he didn’t need to outrun them.

He made his way towards the exit, but there were still some remaining Ratcousels, with one of them realising its Clockwork Mouse that was heading towards Harry. With his quick thinking, Harry reverted from Galagor and ran towards the Ratcousels to lure the Clockwork Mouse right back to the Ratcousels. “Here, all yours!” said Harry as the Ratcousels got hit by the Clockwork Mouse. Harry then changed back to Galagor just in case he had to fight any more monsters and made his way to the exit.

He made it to the main room and found Matt fighting Palaspear. Just when Matt was about to get attacked by Palasear, Harry fired Galagor’s Energy Wave towards it. “Matt!” called Harry as he was heading towards him. “Harry! So glad you’re in one piece!” said Matt, making his way towards Harry. They were both relieved to see each other. “Sorry I took so long! Let’s do this together properly this time!” said Harry. “You said it!” said Matt, and their hearts became one as their monsters fused into Coalgor, a creature with the physical appearance of a Doku and the instincts of an intelligent bug.

Use this for when they fused even though it didn't came from Cassette Beasts

“Alright! Let’s get our fusion on the road!” said Matt, who is hyped about the fusion. “It’s all for us to win this!” said Harry with their brash, competitive spirits combined with a hint of mischief that drives them to do better. Coalgor fired their Hot Potato at Palaspear.  The Pangolin rogue fusion charged its spear towards them, intending to pass the potato over before it explodes on them, but Matt and Harry have other ideas. Making use of Coalgor’s combined defences, they summoned an Astral Wall to block the attacks, which gives them the opportunity to fire their ranged attacks to keep Palaspear busy, including Shooting Star Boil (which also scalds Palaspear).

“Ha! Eat that!” laughed Harry as soon as the bomb exploded on Palaspear. “We sure came up with that one well”, said Matt admirably. The Palaspear was still a tough fighter who dodged their attacks with their speed and swung their spear to slice through incoming attacks. But they had an idea to combat that by using Coalgor’s Broadcast ability to fire its attacks, including Coal Story and Energy Shot multiple times, making it harder for Palaspear to defend itself, as said by Harry, “Just as I thought!” “I like that, though let’s have some more fun, shall we?” said Matt as Coalgor fired its Sandstorm towards Palaspear, who leapt upwards and was about to land on them while avoiding the incoming attacks. “Now that was good thinking there”, said Harry, praising him.

The Palaspear then fought Coalgor at close range, repeatedly attacking it with its spear using Chopper Chop. “It’s not letting us get a move in!” cried Matt as it prevented them from attacking at long range. “Not if I can help it!” said Harry, who whacked Palaspear with Coalgor’s spoon. “Woah! Looks like a spoon is mightier than a spear!” said Matt with astonishment. “Mightier as the both of us combined!” said Harry. “You got that right!” as they finished off Palaspear with their fusion move, Earth Smash.

After they defused, Morgante made her appearance. “Woah, are you our guardian angel?” asked Matt. “I guess you mortals can put it that way” answered Morgante, who sounds perplexed. “In that case, would you please guide us the way home, our guardian angel?” asked Harry. “If that is what you wish”, said Morgante, and told them the location they needed to go and the song they must play.

Once Morgante made her leave, Matt and Harry walked out of Falldown Mall. “Now that was an experience. It was really great to combine our ideas like that,” said Matt. “Just like for our super group”, said Harry, and they hoped to get back with their super group so that they could all return to their home together.

McBusted's Cassette Beasts Adventures; Bonds of Fusions Chapter 4 - Snakes N Chess

Here's a brand new story starring two of my favourite boy bands McFly and Busted as their super group McBusted and my original character Dominic who were sent into New Wirral from the monster catching RPG game Cassette Beasts. I've played Cassette Beasts last year and it's a good Pokémon clone with its own identity so I thought I'll come up with a short story with again The McBusted boys and Dominic venturing in the world of Cassette Beasts, using monsters that I've nicknamed them after in the game (with the exception of Dominic).

Here's Chapter 4 where James Bourne and Dougie Poynter fights against Kingrave and Queenyx and their reinforcements which goes awry. Enjoy and stay tuned for more.

 Chapter 4 – Snakes N Chess

Use this for the battle theme

James Bourne and Dougie Poynter have arrived at The Marshes, where a rogue fusion activity has been reported (with reports includes monsters attacking rangers when they get stuck in the marsh which makes it a dangerous place too explore). As expected, The Marshes had a lot of muddy paths, which made it easy to get stuck. “Now we’re stuck in the mud”, said James as he struggled to get out while maintaining some good humour. “As icky and sticky as the cream egg goo that covered us during one of our promotions. Bet you Busted Lads would need a daring promotion like that”, said Dougie jokingly. James was rather perplexed by Dougie’s kind of joke. He admits that he often says things without even thinking, which sometimes gets under his skin.

They then spotted two large monsters with one resembling a king chest piece known as a Kingrave and the other having the appearance of a queen chest piece, hence its name Queennyx. They summoned smaller chest-piece-like monsters, which include Pawndead and Skelevangelist (resembling bishops). They made their way towards James and Dougie while they were trapped in the mud.

 “So they fancy a game of chess?” said James just after they made their way out. “I say, bring it on!” said Dougie as they transformed into Mardiusa and Jormungold. As Mardiusa, James uses its mesmerising abilities to handicap his opponents, including Hypnosis to make them dozy or Stony Look to petrify them for a short while. “Now this is like an actual Medusa!” said James with fascination.

Dougie makes use of his erratic creativity when fighting as Jormungold, including by quickly striking his foes like a snake catching its prey using Pre-emptive Strike or countering his foes whenever they attack using Revenge Strike which makes him an unpredictable fighter. “And now, watch this peculiar specimen constricts its prey, holding its last breath” said Dougie as he uses the Jormungold’s body to wrap up a Pawndead’s body, as hypnotised by James earlier. “Now now, this isn’t the time to be David Attenbourgh” said James, watching this. Although he meant well, Dougie couldn’t help but to get annoyed with James’ smartass sass.

However, The Skelevangelists attacked Dougie by firing their bone projectiles using Bone Cannon, which forced him to let go of the Pawndeads, who snapped out of their hypnosis. “Hey, they bite!” cried Dougie as he was getting hit. James helped him out by firing Mardiusa’s Pustule Bomb from a distance, only for some Pawndeads to push him from behind, causing James to fall into the mud, getting himself stuck. “Now that was rude!” cried James.

“Gotta teach them some manners!” said Dougie as he went over towards James, slithering as Jormungold, but he ended up getting caught in the mud trap too. “Stupid mud!” ranted Dougie. “Oh boy, it looks like we have fallen into their trap”, analysed James as The Pawndeads and Skelevangelists made their way towards them both. “I aren’t going to be checked!” said Dougie defiantly, firing the Jormungold’s Energy Waves towards the chess piece like monsters. “Good thinking there. We’ll be the ones checking them!” said James as he does the same by firing Mardiusa’s Energy Shots.   Dougie then had an idea. “Hey, why don’t we use our attacks to get ourselves out of the mud?” “Now that’s good thinking of you men” said James as he fired Mardiusa’s Energy Shot.

Suddenly, a purple slime monster known as a Jellyton appeared and was about to smack James with its Toxic Stab, but Dougie spotted it and got in the way, with Jormungold taking the attack. “Ugh, I don’t feel so good” moaned Dougie as Jormungold became poisoned, causing Dougie to take the Poison effect too. “It’s a good thing that Lanthe has given us stuff for times like this”, said James, who de-transformed from Mardiusa for a moment to reach for his bag to get a Poison Cure. Just when he was about to get it out, the Jellyton whacked him, causing the bag to fly further away from them.

“Oh great, just what I needed!” cried James, who is getting worried about Dougie, who is not only poisoned but is still stuck in the mud. “I would have thought that poisoned monsters can’t be poisoned”, ranted Dougie.  This gives James no choice but to get the bag while Dougie is stuck. “Hang in there, Dougie”, said James as he turned back to Mardiusa and made his way towards the bag. “Ugh, please hurry”, said Dougie weakly.

If things couldn’t get bad enough, more Pawndeads and Skelevangelists have appeared, getting in James’ way. “Out of the way! I got a bandmate to save!” cried James as he frantically battered them with Mardiusa’s Bish Bash Bosh to push them out of the way. He also spotted Jellytons attacking Dougie, who was getting weaker from the poison as he tried to fight them. “Stay away, you Jelly Freaks! Nobody picks on him but me!” yelled James and used Mardiusa’s Stony Look to petrify them. “Thanks, always the one with good ideas”, said Dougie, praising him despite himself while admiring James sticking up for him.

It was good to see Dougie in good spirits, but he knew that he mustn’t waste any more time, as he quickly made his way towards the bag while it was clear. He picked it up and made his way back, only for him to get confronted by more Pawndeads and Skelevangelists, causing him to get stuck in the mud. “Come on! I don’t have time for this!” yelled James in frustration. With his worry for Dougie, he desperately fired Mardiusa’s Zephyr at the chest piece monsters, but kept on missing.

He saw Dougie struggling against the Jellytons and realised that he needed to be composed or else he wouldn’t be able to help him. So he came up with an idea; he uses Mardiusa’s Hypnotise to make the chest piece monsters dozy, got out the Poison Cure and tossed it towards Dougie with precise aim as if he is throwing a baseball with James calling out to him, “Here Dougie, catch!” Dougie caught it and didn’t hesitate to use the Poison Cure, healing his poison. “Thanks, now to fight with vengeance!” said Dougie and took out the Jellytons with Jormungold’s Energy Wave. James was relieved that Dougie was cured. He then made his way out of the mud using Mardiusa’s Energy Shot and finished off the Pawndeads and Skelevangelists with Mardiusa’s Snow Rush.

Use this for the fight against the rogue fusion

The Kingrave and Queenyx then fused themselves into a humanoid chest piece monster Kingnyx, making them the rogue fusion. “Never thought I would see a fused chest piece”, said Dougie in awe. “We gotta checkmate it!” said James. The Kingnyx was a strategic fighter, firing attacks that strike multiple times, including Rapid Fire and Bone Cannon. James protected Dougie using Poison Wall, but he couldn’t summon the barrier in time, taking hits from the attacks.

“Ow! As if one move wasn’t enough!” cried James. The Kingnyx can also use Déjà Vu to cause their attacks to strike multiple times, including Icicle Dart and Bish Bosh Bash, as said by Dougie “Now that’s Déjà Vu”  as they fought back, firing their Pustule Bomb. “But not for long!” said James, who used Mardiusa’s Stony Look to petrify Kingnyx. However, it turned out that Kingnyx has the ability to heal itself while petrified using Fossil, much to their disbelief.

“Oh come on, that’s cheating men!” yelled Dougie and he was about to strike the Kingnyx using Jormungold’s Toxic Stab but the Kingnyx became freed from their petrify and was about to slam into him using their Last Rites but James got in the way and took the attack himself, causing him to fell into the mud.

“Looks like they checked me”, said James as Kingnyx fired their Bone Cannon at him while he was down. Dougie was terrified, but he knew that he must help James to get out of this as his way to return the favour to him. He looked at the bone projectiles and had an idea. “Hey tyrant, eat this!” said Dougie, who blew away the bone projectiles using Jormungold’s Zephyr. Just as Dougie went towards James to help him to get back up, Kingnyx was about to attack him with their Bish Bosh Bash. But Dougie was prepared for that as he bravely fought against their melee attack by jabbing them with Jormungold’s tail using Toxic Stab. He is able to hold his own until the Kingnyx pounded him down towards the mud right next to James.

“I’m sorry that was sloppy of me”, said Dougie. “No, no, that was brave and impressive of you”, said James, who admired his courage. The Kingnyx fired their Bone Cannon at them, but they fought off the attacks by intercepting the bone projectiles. “James, we gotta get out of this!” said Dougie. “The only way is to get out of this ourselves, no matter how tough it is, and I’m not just talking about the mud here” said James. Dougie smiled as he agreed with James’ words, finding that he is good with words with good intentions. “You said it, and just like Danny said for his Muddy Water song”, said Dougie. James smiled with Dougie’s good-natured humour that brightens things up, agreeing with that.

Use this for when they fused even though it didn't came from Cassette Beasts

With James and Dougie’s determination and having a better understanding of their mannerisms, their hearts became combined as one and their monsters became fused into Mardigold, resembling a Mardiusa with Jormungold’s armour. “Now we get to share one body!” said Dougie as his way of reacting to their fusion as they fired Mardigold’s Energy Wave directly at the mud, which helped them to escape. “Guess it’ll get comfortable”, said James, playing along. They were able to combine their unpredictable creativity including with their ability Two Heads, which allowed them to attack consecutively for a while, hitting Kingnyx hard with their Toxic Stab and Toy Hammer. “Oh yeah! Try stopping us now!” boasted Dougie.  The Kingnyx tried to fight back with Last Rites, but Mardigold dodged the attack, activating their Jagged Edge ability, which dealt damage to Kingnyx. “Now that's what I call a near miss”, said James. Dougie agreed with that.

The Kingnyx managed to hit them with their Bish Bosh Bash, but Mardigold hits them back with its Revenge Strike. “Revenge may not be sweet, but this is”, said Dougie. “As sweat as sweats”, said James as Maridgold their Zephyr at Kingnyx. They both find that their wisecrack goes well together. Being at a pinch, the Kingnyx powered itself up using Gambit, which made it hit faster and harder while handling its moves, making things tougher for them. “They seem desperate to execute us”, said Dougie. “Time to dethrone them with our trickery I say!” said James with determination. Dougie agreed with that, and they created a Poison Wall, which handled some of their hits while they worked on firing Mardigold’s Energy Shot at Kingnyx from a distance.

The Poison Wall was then broken down by Kingnyx, beating it down with their Bish Bosh Bash and made their way towards Mardigold. “Just try and stop us, your highness!” taunted Dougie as they used Mardigold’s Two Head ability to use its Toxic Stab multiple times to fight against Kingnyx’s fists. This gives them an opening to roll a 20-sided die, which rolled a 20, dealing heavy damage, which also randomly made Kingnyx slower while making Mardigold faster. “Now that suits our style!” boasted James as they were able to dodge Kingnyx’s attacks. “My thoughts exactly!” said Dougie, and they finished off Kingnyx with a powerful punch using Poison Fist, causing the rogue fusion to defuse. “Checkmate” said James, and they defused from Mardigold.

Afterwards, Morgante appeared in their vision. “Woah, aren’t you bewitching!” said James upon seeing the archangel. “Are you our Party Girl?” asked Dougie. “You mortals have a peculiar sense of humour” replied Morgante, who sounds somewhat flustered, but she explained to them the way home and the song that they have to learn.

After that, James said to Dougie, “Well, that was unexpected, but hey, at least we have found the key back to our world, and we made it in one piece”, said James. “Not like those chess pieces”, said Dougie, and they both laughed. They find that even if they find their sense of humour clashes at times, they both know that they’re there for each other, as this adventure shows.

Chapter 3 - Lighting Rivarly 

Use this for the battle theme

Tom and Charlie have arrived at a pier that is further away from New Wirral, known as Brightside Pier. “I would never expect this world to have a pier. Bet my kids would enjoy it,” said Tom as he was looking around Brightside Pier with interest as if he were a kid entering an unfamiliar pier. “I don’t know. It looks rather small and run down,” said Charlie doubtfully.

There was no time to be sightseeing as there was a rogue fusion activity with lots of monsters attacking Brightside Pier’s attractions, including some small cat-like creatures wearing a red cloak and bow known as Littlered and a ghostly book-like creature that floats called a Hauntome. “It looks like we have to fight Little Red Riding Hood!” said Tom jokingly yet prepared for battle as he transformed into Arkidd. “We better not underestimate them just because of the way they look”, said Charlie cautiously, transforming into Zeustrike.

The Arkidd was fast and has strong close-range moves, allowing Tom to hit fast and hard, including with a lightning-fast electrical attack that hits the target twice using Battery, rushing towards the opponent with an icy charge using Snow Rush and slamming a plastic hammer using Toy Hammer. “This robot has so many neat tools!” said Tom with fascination as he fights the Littlereds up close.

Despite their size, the Littlereds had a mind of their own, who can summon backup, which includes more of their kind using Call for help, power themselves up when they’re at low health using Berserker and restore their health while using biting moves with their Carnivore ability.  All of this makes them trickier to handle, especially with their increasing numbers.

“They sure have big teeth to bite!” cried Tom with frustration.  Charlie came by to help, using his Zeustrike’s Hurricane to blow them away. “You can’t underestimate them and rush in. You gotta wait until the perfect opportunity to strike,” advised Charlie. “But wouldn’t that allow them to overwhelm you quickly?” questioned Tom. “I’m saying that if you rush in without a proper plan, then you’ll be caught off guard without being prepared for anything”, answered Charlie. “Well, my Arkidd happened to be fast, so it’s natural that I act fast. Isn’t your Zeustrike supposed to be lightning fast too?” argued Tom. “Yes, but that’s beside the point! It helps to use our own talent and strategy, too,” said Charlie.  Tom couldn’t help but find Charlie patronising. Maybe he thinks that he’s more talented than him, which is why he was kicked out from Busted.

Zeustrike also had lightning-fast movements with a variety of range attacks, including Lightning Bolt, Blizzard and Energy Wave, which Charlie uses to shoot down The Hauntomes at a far distance, including from behind, before they could spot him (which hits them twice as hard with them becoming conductive). “I can read them like a book!” bragged Charlie. The Hauntomes were also tricky to fight, as they reduced damage using their Hardback ability and could transform into a ghost using Haunt, which made them invisible. This allowed The Hauntomes to fire powerful ranged attacks using Magic Tome and Zephyr, which intercepted Zeustrike’s attacks.

Tom came by, charging into the Hauntomes using Arkidd’s close-range attacks (although he wasn’t able to hit the invisible ones). “See? You gotta make use of your monster’s speed and take them out quickly!” said Tom. “Careful, Tom, there’s one behind you!” called Charlie as a Hauntome was about to attack Tom, though he took it out using Arkidd’s Toy Hammer. “No worries, I just have to strike first before they attack me. You better get in there and act first if you want to win,” said Tom. Charlie couldn’t help but be envious of Tom, who seems to have the energy and passion than him. Maybe that’s why McFly have remained as a band whereas Busted had split.  The Hauntomes that became ghosts were knocked out with their Haunt effects worn off.

The monsters they fought were coming from an attraction that resembled a haunted mansion, which is known as The Witch House, so Tom and Charlie figured that this must be their hiding place. “Let’s see who can take out the most first, though I bet you’ll get haunted”, said Tom, mocking Charlie. “Oh yeah, bet I’ll be the first to have the most win streaks while you’ll chicken out”, said Charlie, mocking him back as they both got competitive with each other.

As soon as they entered The Witch House, Tom spotted several Hauntomes, including those that were fused together. “I sure hate to take down some books, but still, I gotta get this over with before Charlie beats me to it”, said Tom, who quickly charges in as Arkidd using Battery, taking advantage of the fact that The Hauntomes were weak against Lightning-type attacks. Having to become fused, however, the larger Hauntome slowed down Tom with a strong gust of wind using Hurricane. This allowed the other Hauntomes to attack Tom by firing their Multi Shots, but Tom stubbornly braced against the wind, being more concerned with taking them down first before Charlie beats him to it, showing that he is the more talented one. Tom persistently swings the Arkidd’s Toy Hammer and fires Icicle Darts even if he misses.

Charlie would have helped Tom, but he was more concerned with being the first to take down the highest number of monsters and showing that he had more talent than Tom. Even if Charlie, as Zeustrike stays at a far distance, the fused Littlereds were able to get closer to Charlie and hammer him with their stronger melee attacks, including Smack, which was more like a huge whack. But Charlie stubbornly refused to back down and fired the Zeustrike’s Lightning Bolt and Blizzard at the Littlereds, although some of Littlered were able to dodge the attacks.

“Why don’t you try aiming your attacks properly?” asked Tom mockingly, who noticed Charlie missing his attacks. “Oh yeah? I suggest you should keep your eyes on your opponents” answered Charlie slyly They continued to get in each other’s throats even if they took out many monsters (but not by working together) with Tom bragging “See? I can take out twice as many monsters with my Arkidd’s radical style!” just after he charged his Arkidd towards some Littlereds and Hauntomes with a metallic melee based attack using Chopper Chop. “That’s nothing compared to my Zeustrike, who is as fast as lightning!” boasted Charlie, firing his Zeustrike’s Lightning Bolt towards a row of Littlereds and Hauntomes.

They were both so busy getting caught up with their rivalry that they didn’t notice that they fell into a large hole just after that took out the Littlereds that lured them there. It leads them to a wide open room where two of Littlered’s remix forms were found. One resembled a hooded humanoid flower known as a Rosehood, and the other had the appearance of a large cloaked wolf called a Scarletooth. Both monsters fused together as Roseteeth. It was the rogue fusion that was reported in this area. “Well, let’s see who can beat this rogue fusion first!” said Tom. “I’ll be delighted to take that challenge”, said Charlie.

Use this for the fight against the rogue fusion

The Roseteeth’s fighting style is a combined mixture of Rosehood’s elegance and Scarletooth’s beastly instincts as it dodges Tom and Charlie’s attacks by leaping like a ballerina dancing with grace and sucker punching them up close with a savage beat down attack which attacks them both at the same time using Bish Bash Bosh. “That was a sloppy performance, Charlie!” said Tom. “You’re not the one to talk!” answered Charlie as they quickly got up with Tom’s Arkidd charged towards Roseteeth using Battery, and Charlie’s Zeustrike fired its Lightning Bolt, only for Tom to get hurt by the splinters upon making contact with the Roseteeth using its Splinter technique and for the Roseteeth to dodge Charlie’s attack. The Roseteeth then strikes them both using Woodcutter.

Despite getting hurt from the consecutive hits, Tom and Charlie were still fixated on their rivalry. “You better not get in my way defeating this rogue fusion!” said Tom. “Oh yeah? I suggest you stand aside if you don’t want to get beaten down!” said Charlie. So they continued to compete with each other by aiming to be the first to take down The Roseteeth as quickly as possible, with Tom swinging Arkidd’s Toy Hammer towards Roseteeth and Charlie firing Zeustrike’s Energy Shot at the Roseteeth’s direction. They only landed a few hits with Roseteeth dodging most of them and unleashing its Ice Breaker at them, with Tom and Charlie failing to notice the incoming attack. They were both taken down with Roseteeth striking with Bish Bash Bosh.

This caused Tom and Charlie to revert from Arkidd and Zeustrike and realise that they had got caught up in their rivalry. “Hey Charlie, let’s say we put aside our rivalry for now”, said Tom as he held out his hand to him. “Yeah, I was thinking the same”, said Charlie. They both felt so warm holding each other’s hands. They both then apologised for their actions. “I guess I still have a lot to learn, including from you. You did have a point of forming a strategy before rushing in,” said Tom. “Yeah, I should have taken inspiration from your skills and tried to take the opportunity to take advantage of an opening like you have”, said Charlie. “Either way, let’s work together to turn the tide”, said Tom. “I’m with you, Tom, even if we’re from different bands”, said Charlie eagerly, and they turned back into Arkidd and Zeustrike.

With Tom and Charlie working together, they had a better chance against Rosehood by combining their ideas with Charlie firing Zeustrike’s Blizzard towards Rosehood, which slowed down its movements, which gave Tom a chance to charge in using Arkidd’s Snow Rush. They also alerted each other when the Rosehood is about to attack, such as Tom warning Charlie that he was about to get attacked by Rosehood’s Bite and Charlie calling Tom to dodge its Woodcutter. Rosehood was still a tough cookie, striking them both with its Bish Bash Bosh, but they both helped to defend each other.

Use this for when they fused even though it didn't came from Cassette Beasts

“That won’t stop us!” said Charlie with determination. “Yeah, we’ll show that we’re just as talented as each other!” added Tom and their hearts became combined as one with Arkidd and Zeustrike became fused into a small but electrifying robot-like monster, Arkstrike. “Woah! We became fused!” said Tom excitedly. “Let’s see what we can do with this!” said Charlie as they combined their talents by unleashing their Thunder Blast at Roseteeth, which was twice as electrifying, having two lightning-type monsters combined as one (as said by Tom, “Now that was electrifying!”).

The Rosehood was about to fight back by leaping towards them at close range, but Arkstrike countered them by firing its Blizzard, which slowed down its movements, which gave them their cue to attack at close range using Battery, dealing more damage with Rosehood becoming conductive. “I guess both styles work just as well as each other”, said Charlie. “I concur; it’s better to combine our ideas, which creates something awesome!” said Tom, agreeing with him.

“You’re right, and here’s another idea I came up with for us both!” said Charlie as Arkstrike created a barrier made out of electricity using Lightning Wall, which blocked Roseteeth’s attacks, who tried to strike them using Ice Breaker. “Now that’s a great idea! Allow me to follow up with this!” said Tom as Arkstrike attacked Roseteeth with its Toy Hammer while it was obstructed.

Roseteeth then leapt behind them to bypass the Lightning Wall, intending to attack them using Bish Bash Bosh, but Tom alerted Charlie about that, which prompted Arkstrike to counter Roseteeth’s moves by striking first using Battery and firing its Energy Wave. “This is our talent and passion combined...” said Charlie. “As one!” declared Tom as Arkstrike finished off Roseteeth with a powerful fusion move which involves an electrified punching attack using Suring Fist. Roseteeth became separated, having to be defeated, making Arkstrike victorious and changing back into Tom and Charlie.

Morgante then appeared before them, much to their astonishment. “Woah, is this part of the attraction?” asked Tom. “What do you want from us?” asked Charlie cautiously. “Please don’t be alarmed as I’m here to help you brave mortals”, said Morgante as she explained the reasoning of the rouge fusions, the way home and the song as the key to get home. They both take note of all of this.

After Morgante had disappeared, Tom and Charlie made their way out of The Witch House, having to save Brightside Pier from the rogue fusions. “Well, Tom, no matter if we’re from different bands, we’re better off working together or at least maintaining a friendlier rivalry”, said Charlie. “You got that right, but regardless, we’re in this together whenever we’re making music for our wonderful fans and in this case, getting ourselves back home”, said Tom. They both agreed with that and hope that their bandmates and Dominic are doing ok in their battles, working together like a super group should.

McBusted's Cassette Beasts Adventures; Bonds of Fusion Chapter 2: Remixing fire, electricity, wind and glass

Here's a brand new story starring two of my favourite boy bands McFly and Busted as their super group McBusted and my original character Dominic who were sent into New Wirral from the monster catching RPG game Cassette Beasts. I've played Cassette Beasts last year and it's a good Pokémon clone with its own identity so I thought I'll come up with a short story with again The McBusted boys and Dominic venturing in the world of Cassette Beasts, using monsters that I've nicknamed them after in the game (with the exception of Dominic).

Here's Chapter 2 where Dominic and Danny were paired up together to fight the monsters who were on a rampage at Mt Wirral, only for them to battle their own anxieties. Enjoy and stay tuned for more.

Bonds of Fusion 

 Chapter 2 – Remixing fire, electricity, wind and glass

Use this for the battle theme

Danny and Dominic volunteered to venture to Mt. Wirral, a huge snowy mountain that covered the North West area of New Wirral. They were confronted by some blue lizards wearing a mage outfit known as Salamagus and small yellow creatures with a pinball head called Boltams, formed in large groups and fused as larger variants of themselves. They violently unleashed their fire and electric-based attacks everywhere, including at the boulders on top of the mountains and trees, which caused them to fall towards the nearby people who were caught in the crossfire.

“Come on, Danny, we've got to help them”, said Dominic as they were looking at each other with assurance and encouragement to steady their nerves. “Stay safe, Dominic”, said Danny as they nodded at each other before they got out their cassettes and transformed into their respective monsters.

As an Aeroboros, Danny has the ability to fire powerful long-ranged attacks towards the Salamagus and Boltams fusions at a safe distance, including Hurricane, which blew away any walls that the monsters have formed to protect themselves (which helps Dominic as a Kherpi.  Hurricane has also weakened The Salamagus with their fire based moves becoming extinguished by the flames) and the opposing attacks and falling boulders before they could hit the Rangers while hitting hard with Thunder Blast and Blizzard. He can also use Hypnotise to temporarily send monsters to sleep (which is according to Dominic, is like how Danny, as the frontman, engages with his fans as the commanding frontman during his shows, which humoured Danny). This gives Dominic a chance to take them out or for the bystanders to make a getaway.

“Woah, I’m really rolling with it here!” said Danny with fascination as he moved the Aeroboros’ body by twirling its body as he rode the rides while dodging the monster’s attacks, although he accidentally bumped into a Boltam, which caused him to crash into the wall. This leaves Danny open to the Salamgus’ attacks, who fired their ranged fire-based attacks using Inflames, but Dominic protected him using Khepri’s Fire Wall.

“It’s good that you have strong ranged attacks, but don’t forget to keep an eye out for your surroundings and enemies’ attacks”, advised Dominic. Danny appreciated Dominic helping him out, looking up to him. He is aware that he can be clumsy and impulsive, which is why it’s good to have Dominic to guide and watch over him, just like a Father figure. 

Dominic’s Kherpi was also a powerful ranged attacker, firing attacks at the monsters, including from behind, showing that he is a smart, tactical fighter, as demonstrated when he fired Rapid Fire, which hits multiple times, which was powered up using Raise Arms. He also used Crumble to remove the enemies’ walls, which also did damage to them.

Behind his cool calculations, Dominic is a compassionate fighter who prioritises protecting everyone, using his Kherpi to save any nearby people from the monsters. He does have a tendency to put everyone’s needs first before his own, as shown when he shielded some people who were about to get hit by a fused Boltam’s electrical attack, which allowed him to take the attack, getting himself hurt. But Danny helped to protect him by using his advice from earlier as he watched the fused Salamagus’ firing their Inflames that were nearby, using the Aeroboros’ swift movements to dodge them and fire his Hurricane to blow away the Boltams to save Dominic. “Are you ok, Dominic? I’m here for you,” said Danny with reassurance. Dominic was thankful to have one of his idols helping him out, just like when they stood up for him against some homophobic bullies.

As more Salamagus and Boltams were taken out, things got a lot harder with their stronger, remastered forms that have appeared, which include Pyromeleon (a mage chameleon), Adeptile (a lizard wearing a scholar’s robe), Plasmantler (an electrical deer-like creature with a metal head) and a Pinbolt (a small creature that resembles a pinball machine). Each of the respective species was fused with each other, which made them stronger.

The Plasmantlers and Pinbolts summed multiple Boltams using their Bolt from the Blue, which surrounded Danny. He tried to repel them using the Aeroboros’ Hurricane, but it got overpowered by their Thunder Blast, which caused him to get shocked before he could dodge them. Danny became frozen with anxiety as he was outnumbered by them, not knowing what to do. Dominic spotted him and quickly went over towards Danny, using Khepri’s Fire Wall to shield Danny and attacking the electrical monsters using Crumble.

“Danny, are you ok?” asked Dominic with concern. “I...I don’t think I’m strong enough to take them down. They’re too strong for us!” cried Danny nervously. Even with his tactician, Dominic felt nervous on the inside too, having to fight in a strange world full of monsters, but he had to put his own worries aside in order to help Danny. “I know how you feel, but I’m with you to make you stronger. I know we’ll get through this,” said Dominic, reassuring him.

That helped Danny to make him feel safe with Dominic’s kindness and optimism, recomposing himself as he uses the Aeroboros’ Blizzard to attack the Boltams all at once (which also hits the Plasmantlers and Pinbolts) with Dominic helping him out by firing the Kherpi’s Shooting Star to intercept the Plasmantler’s Energy Wave, taking it out. “We make a good team. You would suit well for our band” said Danny, praising Dominic, which flattered him. He also fired the Aeroboros’ Rapid Fire at the Pinbolt’s Icicle Dart to protect Dominic, helping him in return for Dominic to take it out. “Now we’re the Pinball Wizards”, said Danny jokingly (referring to one of their cover songs that McFly has sung before, originally sung by The Who) as a way to lighten things up.

But they weren’t over with their anxieties just yet. Dominic was fighting some Pyromeleons who fired their Rapid Fire at the nearby trees, which were about to fall towards Dominic. Danny spotted this and quickly moved towards Dominic, pushing him out of the way before the tree seemingly landed on him.

Dominic was stunned with horror and guilt, blaming himself for allowing this to happen. If he had taken out the Pyromeleons faster, then he wouldn’t have got Danny hurt. Fortunately, Danny wasn’t hurt, but he was knocked onto the ground by the force of the tree crashing down near him, which caused his transformation to wear off. He was about to get attacked by several Adeptiles while he was down, but Dominic spotted him and used the Kherpi to shield him while firing its Pustule Bomb at them, causing Dominic to get knocked towards the cliff with his transformation worn off by the shock.

Quickly, Danny grabbed him and pulled him back. “Dominic! Don’t get yourself hurt for my sake!” cried Danny fearfully. “I’m sorry, I thought you got hurt, which was my fault. I should have taken down those monsters quicker so I wouldn’t have gotten you involved,” replied Dominic tearfully. “Dominic, why are you blaming yourself? I’m the one to blame for being so reckless in the first place,” said Danny with emotion. “It’s because I can’t let anyone suffer like I have; I have to protect everyone!” replied Dominic. Having to be persecuted and ostracised by others because of his difference, including his sexuality, he knows what it’s like to suffer alone and vows to help everyone, to the point where he blames himself if he fails to help them.

“Please, I can’t afford to lose you or anyone in this world, so I can’t let you get hurt. Blaming yourself won’t help anyone, including me,” said Danny, looking Dominic in the eye while holding him. Dominic looked back at him and said, “Thanks, it’s something that I need to work on, but I need you to be safe too. Danny smiled, which made Dominic’s heart swell with emotion, and he apologised for his actions too. For now, they turned back into Aeroboros and Kherpi, firing their Magic Tome and Sonic Boom at the remaining Pyromeleons and Adeptiles.

Use this for the fight against the rogue fusion

Suddenly, a large, giant green bird flew by, known as an Averevoir. It was accompanied by a fairy-like creature made out of stained glass known as a Glaistian. “Woah! That’s a big bird!” called Danny as they witnessed Averevoir flapping its wings that summoned huge gusts of wind towards the boulders near the edge of the cliff, causing a rock slide. “I bet this is sharp as glass”, said Dominic, keeping his cool just as Glasitian shot out glass shards towards the tree's branches, which were sharp enough to slice them in half like a samurai sword. Some of the shards have landed close to Danny and Dominic. The Averevoir and Glasitian then fused together into a yellow and red bird-like monster with glass wings, becoming Avestain. Danny and Dominic figured that this was the rogue fusion responsible for the destruction. The Avestian aggressively attacked them, prompting Danny and Dominic to fight it, transforming into their respective monsters, although they got hurt by the glass shards (this technique is known as Glass Bond as caused by The Glaistian). “Ah, that stings!” cried Danny. “It’s just as I’ve hypothesised earlier”, said Dominic, using dry, witty humour to handle the pain, which humoured Danny.

The Avestian was rather tough for them, firing ranged attacks that countered their ranged attacks, including Sonic Boom and Glass Cannon. It also hits them both at the same time using Brick Blast. “Ow! Lego are so painful!” cried Danny as he crash-landed onto the ground as Aeroboros while using witty humour as his way to deal with the pain. As Kherpi, Dominic summoned a Fire Wall to protect them from ranged attacks, but The Avestian has its own tricks up its sleeves. It uses its ability Window to bypass its ranged attacks through walls, hitting Danny and Dominic using Glass Cannon, much to Dominic’s disbelief.

The Avestian fired its Sonic Boom towards the mountain, which caused rocks to fall towards them. As they narrowly dodged the falling rocks, Danny moved the Aeroboros towards The Avestian and tried to slam its body on the rogue fusion at close range out of desperation, using Wallop, but The Avestian dodged the attack, causing Danny to get hurt by The Avestian’s Jagged Edge. Dominic has spotted this and flew The Kherpi towards The Avestian, firing its Rapid Fire to help out Danny, dealing some damage to it.

“Alright, we’re getting there!” cheered Danny, who pitched in by firing The Aeroboros’ Sonic Boom. After The Avestian took the hits, it became surrounded by a tower-like structure using its ability Tower Defence, which gave it some protection against their attacks. “Just how are we going to fight them now?” cried Danny anxiously. “We just going to have to break through their tower”, said Dominic with awe as they kept on firing their Magic Tome and Shooting Star, trying to break down the tower but with little avail.

This gives Avestian a chance to blow them away using Hurricane towards the fallen boulders, causing The Aeroboros and The Kherpi to become trapped between the stacked boulders. Danny’s nerves were getting the better of him, and he cried, “How are we getting out of this? We can’t beat it!” Dominic saw Danny as Aeroboros trapped. “Hold on, Danny, I’m coming!” said Dominic, who tried to stay calm, but he was panicking on the inside with his idol trapped and badly hurt, fearing for his safety as he frantically used The Kherpi’s Crumble and Sonic Boom to shatter the rocks to free Danny.

Although Danny was grateful for Dominic rescuing him, he was still full of anxiety. “Why do we have to be the ones sent to this world? If only I were on stage where I should be!” cried Danny. Dominic was scared too, but he put his feelings aside to comfort him and said, “I understand, but you have us to make you feel stronger.” “But what about the others? Will they be alright?” asked Danny, who is worried about them. “I hope so, but the best we can do is to place our trust in time while we work on ourselves”, replied Dominic, reassuring him. He was worried about their safety, too, but it’s the best answer he can come up with.

Just as Dominic fights his way through the rocks to free Danny, The Avestian spotted them and flew from its Tower Defence and swooped towards Dominic. Quickly, Danny used The Aeroboros’ agile body to fly towards Dominic, narrowly saving him from The Avestian as he pushed him away, but not before getting himself hurt by the Avestian flying into him. “Danny! I’m sorry for allowing you to get hurt,” said Dominic with guilt. “Dominic, you’re not to blame for this. I should have been stronger,” said Danny, who sounds just as guilty. “But I should have reacted quicker so that you wouldn’t make yourself open”, said Dominic. “Dominic, please, I can’t allow you to get hurt. Right now, I need you!” pleaded Danny.

The Avestian then fired its Sonic Boom towards them. Danny and Dominic just barely spotted it and fired their Aeroboros’ Thunder Blast and Kherpi’s Pustule Bomb to intercept the attack. As the moves collided, The Avestian fired their Glass Cannon, which knocked them down once again with Danny and Dominic as Aeroboros and Kherpi holding onto each other.

They both realised that their anxieties were getting the better of them. “Dominic, I’m sorry for bringing you down with my worries. Guess it’s something that I still need to work on,” said Danny. “I’m the one who should be sorry for putting myself down and for not considering my needs, which puts me in danger. It’s my bad habit, but hey, I got to work on that myself,” replied Dominic. They both agreed with that, with Danny adding, “The only way we can get out of this is to believe in ourselves. It may be scary for us, but we've got to be strong”. “You’re right about that, and I know we will make it through together. As long as we have each other, then it’ll be alright”, said Dominic with courage. They both looked at each other with Danny saying, “Dominic, I want to fight with you.” Dominic replied, “I want to fight with you too.” They both looked at each other with Danny saying, “We’ll get stronger...” “...together”, added Dominic.

Use this for when they fused even though it didn't came from Cassette Beasts

Danny and Dominic’s hearts became combined as one, which caused their Aeroboros and Kherpi to become fused into the mystical Aeropri. They were both astonished that they had experienced a fusion. “Woah! So this is what a fusion is like!” said Danny excitedly. “I can feel your heart beating as one!” said Dominic with fascination. “So do I, Dominic”, said Danny, smiling as they both fight as one with the Aeropri, combining the speed and grace of Aeroboros, the radiant powers of Khepri and Danny and Dominic’s kind hearts and talented skills.

The Aeropri is able to dodge the attacks from The Avestian while firing even stronger ranged attacks (which was also powered up by Raised Arms, a move that makes ranged attacks stronger) including their Hurricane that blew away the opposing attacks and Shooting Star which broke the tower that The Avestian was using to defend itself.

The Avestian fired its Sonic Boom towards the cliff, causing the rocks to fall once again, but The Aeropri took out the rocks with their Rapid Fire. “There’s no way we’ll be falling for that this time!” declared Dominic. “Yeah, we’ll show that we can overcome anything that our mind tells us!” concurred Danny as The Aeropri fired its Blizzard towards The Avestian just when it flew towards them.

The Avestian fired its Glass Cannon once more, but The Aeropri flew upwards to avoid the attack. This provides the opportunity for The Aeropri to fire its Thunder Blast towards The Avestian from above, combining Danny and Dominic’s teamwork and calculating strategy. The Avestian took huge damage from the electrical attack. “I’m with you, Dominic”, said Danny. “I know I can always look up to you all”, replied Dominic as they finished off The Avestian with The Aeropri by unleashing a powerful Fusion Move that utilities the combined power of air using Air Blast, causing The Avestian to defuse with The Averevoir and Glaistian subdued.

The Aeropri reverted back to Danny and Dominic, with Danny saying, “Woah, that was incredible having to fight with you!” “I never thought our minds and hearts would get to be combined like that”, said Dominic, smiling. “Yeah, it makes me feel safe to be with you”, said Danny, and he and Dominic held hands with a warm embrace.

Just then, they received a vision of a huge black and white entity resembling a woman appearing in front of them. Danny and Dominic looked at it with awe. “Are you the ones who defeated this Rogue Fusion?” asked the entity who spoke in a feminine voice. “Yes, but what is it that you want from us?” asked Dominic cautiously. “Do not be afraid. I am an Archangel known as Morgante. Please allow me to explain,” replied the entity.

Morgante explained that the monsters that became forcefully fused and became aggressively violent were caused by Aleph, another Archangel, whose goal is to use the power of Rogue Fusions to weaken the barriers of New Wirral for him to escape to other worlds. “I guess that explains how we were sent to New Wirral”, said Dominic. “That sounds awful if he were to wreak havoc in our world, though, do you know a way for us to get back to our world?” asked Danny. “If you desire to get back home, then please, listen well to my song”, said Morgante.

Both Danny and Dominic listened carefully to Morgante’s song, which reveals a clue. “An altar of stone in this land, atop it is where you must be”. She also added “Once you find that place, you must sing this song”, and describes a song that involves combining your hearts to fuse as one. Once she was done, Morgante made her leave, wishing them good luck.

“Well, that was something, but how are we going to find this place?” asked Danny. “We should ask Lanthe. She is bound to know where it is,” replied Dominic. “In the meantime, I hope the others are doing ok, for us to get back home together”, said Danny. “I know they will. Like I said, we've got to believe in them,” said Dominic. “Thanks, Dominic, being with you gives me hope”, said Danny as he smiled at him once again, with Dominic smiling back, sharing their love and admiration for each other. Even if their minds get the better of them, they know that they can become open with each other with nothing getting in between them.

McBusted's Cassette Beasts Adventures; Bonds of Fusion Chapter 1 - Into The Land of Confusion

Here's the first chapter where their adventure begins, seeking help to find a way help. 

Bonds of Fusion

Chapter 1 – Into a new world

It was a rare moment when two boy bands McFly and Busted who formed as super group McBusted had a day off in their studio with their fan and close friend Dominic paying a visit. They were having a lively discussion and banter about cassette tapes.

“Do any of you remember the old-fashioned way to distribute your music that happened to be rad back in the day? Recording your music on your cassette tapes” said James who is reminiscing. “Oh, those retro things. I remembered back in the days” said Danny as he was thinking back. “I wouldn’t expect you to remember your childhood days, not like lyrics for our songs,” said Dougie slyly. Danny responded by playfully prodding him.

“I remembered back in the days when I recorded your albums onto my blank cassette tapes,” said Dominic, sharing his childhood days. “Fascinating on how the things we grew up with worked back in the days,” said Charlie with fascination.

“We had those cassette tapes with our Power to Play album music with each of us on the front cover of our merchandise store” said Tom. “I bet ours would outsell yours!” said Harry teasing the Busted boys. “Oh yeah, I bet the cassette tapes that have your covers are still piling up dust!” replied Matt which made Harry blush.

Suddenly, it was the exact moment when a portal has suddenly appeared in front of them. “Woah! What’s that?!” called Matt as it was dragging them in like a tornado sucking them in. “Everyone, hold on!” cried Tom and they all tried to hold onto the nearest object including themselves for their dear life but the force was too great and it was inevitable that they were all sent into the portal that led them to the great unknown.

The boys were then wakened up by a voice, asking “Are you all alright?” They saw an older woman wearing a tan trench coat and dark hair with a grey stripe.  “Thanks but where are we?” asked Danny as The McBusted boys and Dominic were all looking around in awe, realising that they were all sent to another world. The surroundings resembled a beach but they spotted several crab-like monsters with a traffic cone. They suddenly fused themselves which created a larger version of the monster. “What is that giant crab wearing a cone? Where’s the shell?” asked Dougie upon seeing it.

“Quick! You all better get out of here and follow me!” warned the woman who escorted Dominic and The McBusted boys towards the nearby town before the monsters could attack them. They were safely escorted to Harbourtown where it is free of monsters. The woman led the boys into the town hall.

“Thanks for the help but could you tell us where are we? We were sent here from another world by a portal” asked Dominic. “And what is that monster that attacked us?” asked Charlie. “My my, we do have people dropping by but not as big as you lot but thank goodness that I was able to find you boys in time” said the woman. She introduced herself as Lanthe and said that this world is known as New Wirral. “New Wirral? I think we do have a Wirral in our world” said Matt who is perplexed by this. Lanthe laughed and said, “I guess there are many possibilities and coincidences in many different worlds.”

Lanthe added that she too was sent to New Wirral fifteen years ago. Since then, she has formed a ranger group with other people who were also sent to New Wirral, using cassette tapes to record monsters that populated New Wirral to fight other monsters, transforming into them, using their abilities.

The boys were surprised to hear such an unusual method to ‘capture’ monsters.  “Never thought that such peripherals would be used to record living beings,” said James with astonishment. “And to think that we were having all this discussion about cassette tapes!” added Harry. They then introduced themselves as McFly and Busted respectively with Dominic adding that he’s a friend and fan of them.

“We have a tour coming up so we would urgently need to get back home. Can you help us find a way how?” asked Tom with worry. Lanthe gets their concerns, saying “I understand your dilemma even if I have no straight answer to your solution though I express my desire to help you all in any way possible. That said, we have been receiving reports of strange activity throughout New Wirral which could be connected to why you were all brought here.”

Lanthe explained that recently, New Wirral has been under attack by monsters that were forcefully fused as one powerful monster known as Rogue Fusions with their powers becoming unstable. Her rangers are doing everything they can to keep them under control but their increasing numbers are overwhelming them.

Lanthe then had an idea. “I know it may seem that I am taking advantage of you all but I would appreciate it if all of you could give us a helping hand to keep these Rogue Fusions in check. Then maybe you’ll find the answer that’ll lead you all back home”. Despite having to be just sent here, they were all willing to help out. “Yes, you can count on us,” said Tom. “We’ll help to protect your people and your world,” said Dominic. “Using those cassettes to save the world” said James with Lanthe smiling at their humour. Lanthe’s partner Wilma gave each of them their cassettes, mentioning that each of the cassettes are rare monsters that were recently recorded by their rangers.

Danny Jones was given a flying, circular snake monster known as an Aeroboros. With its nimble movements with the ability to fire powerful ranged attacks, it reflected Danny’s clumsy nature with hidden talents.

Tom Fletcher received an Arkidd, a monster that resembled an electrified robot with arcade machine parts which appealed to Tom’s geeky side and fondness of video games.

James Bourne’s monster was a Mardiusa, a masked snake woman who uses trickery and deception that matches his quirky energy.

Charlie Simpson received a Zeustrike, an electrical monster that resembled a cloud wearing a helmet which has lighting-fast movements that contrasted his calm, level-headedness.

Dougie Poynter was given a Jormungold, a winged snake with quick movements including powerful strikes that suit his eccentric, unpredictable ideas that catch others off guard.

Matt Willis obtained a Coaldron which looked like a chief Dogu in a boiling cauldron. Matt’s burning passion matches with Coaldron’s hot cooking pot with steam boiling out.

Harry Judd obtained a Galagor, a space bug that has a cape and floats in the air. It knows many defensive techniques which Harry bets that could make use of to trick his opponents, showing his competitive, prankster side.

Dominic was given a Kherpri, a glowing beetle with a miniature sun between its horns. Dominic strives to use its guiding light as a symbol of hope being the kind, idealistic individual he is.

Lanthe then showed them the map of New Wirral, pointing them to the four areas where there was reported activity of Rogue Fusions for them to investigate. Dominic and The McBusted boys were then given straws to determine who they’d pair up with as they were given matching-sized straws. Danny was paired with Dominic, Tom teamed up with Charlie, Dougie partnered with James and Harry got to be with Matt. “I’ll protect you Dominic” said Danny as he held him closely for reassurance.  “Awww, I wanted to be with Dougie!” ranted Harry. “Well at least I get to be Matt’s bride for the tour” said Dougie dryly. “Hey, I’ve heard that!” called Matt.

After Lanthe smiled with amusement, she told them one last thing before they set off. “I can tell that you are all close as bandmates and friends. With that, I believe that this will give you all the power to fuse together as stronger monsters; combining your powers and love together to overcome any battle” said Lanthe.

The boys were intrigued by that. “Well, our supergroup is like a Power Ranger Megazoid but never thought we would get to fuse together literally!” said Tom. Lanthe and Wilma demonstrated by fusing their monsters Gearyu and Djinn Entonic into a Gearentonic. The boys were astonished to see such an amazing sight and they were set to adventure into New Wirral using their cassettes that transform them into monsters to protect the people from the Rogue Fusion in hopes of finding a way back home.
