Spider-Man: From Home to Pokémon Go

Taking a break from McBusted Fan Fiction (although there will be an Easter Egg cameo apperance of them - treat this like a gaiden story for the McBusted Pokémon tour stories), here's another Pokémon based fan fiction of mine featuring the three Spider-Mans from the Marvel Cinmantic Universe Movies as protrayed by Tom Holland, Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield with me being a fan of them (and yes, No Way Home was awesome because of it). It'll have a few elements from the mobile spin-off Pokémon Go (although it'll have Pokémon that at the timing of this writing has yet to be added to Pokémon Go). The three Spider-Mans have been summoned by Dr Strange to help Professor Willow to rescue Bug Types from Team Go Rocket. Enjoy and the three Spider-Man actors will make another apperance for a story in mind soon.

Spider-Man From Home to Pokémon Go

Chapter 1: A surprise Reunion

It had been a while since the three Spider-Men from different universes met each other due to unique circumstances and saved the multiverse from impending chaos. They had since then returned to their respective universes but even with the time and space between them, they still remember the bond they shared between them.

As the three Peter Parkers resumed their ‘normal’ lives as the friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man, they sometimes couldn’t help but spend a bit more time with each other as if they were lovers split apart too soon. A part of them wish that they could somehow meet up and hang out again.

But little that they know that their wish was about to come true with a glowing portal opened before them. Each of the Peters recognised that portal from last time though they wondered why it showed up here and now? They heard a voice saying “Come Peter Parker, you are needed” said Dr Strange’s voice. What could Dr Strange need them for? The three Peters stepped into the portals.

The three Peters found themselves in a lab yet their attention was drawn to the sight of each other. They were elated to see each other once again. “Hey! It’s you both!” said Peter-1 excitedly. “Woah, I never expected to see the two of you again!” said Peter-3 with surprise. “It’s been a while” said Peter 2 who tried to sound casual but couldn’t contain his happiness. They all rushed over and embraced each other tightly.

“It’s a touching reunion” said a voice which came from Dr Strange who is with a professor and three other people. “Hey Dr Strange, what brings us here?” asked Peter-1 with curiosity. “Apologies for this being so sudden but there’s an urgent crisis that involves particular creatures. I like to introduce you three to Professor Willow who is an expert on them” said Dr Strange, introducing the three Peters to Professor Willow.

“It’s nice to meet you Spider-Mans. Dr Strange has been telling me all about you three” said Professor Willow who was a little shy. “Pleasure to meet you Professor” said Peter-2 politely as they shook his hand. “I’m er...a professor who studies the habitats of creatures that I refer to as Pokémon” added Professor Willow. “Pokémon? I’ve heard of them” said Peter-3 with interest. “Really? I happened to be a fan of them! Does our mission involve helping them or something?” asked Peter-1 with excitement.

“You are correct, this is the world where Pokémon co-exist with people living alongside them” answered Dr Strange. “You see, there’s this phenomenon where Bug-type Pokémon have increased in huge numbers. My work colleges are trying to determine the cause but unfortunately, there’s this bad group of people who call themselves Team Go Rocket who are trying to take advantage of that and planned to capture them for the black market” explained Professor Willow.

The three Peters felt awful to hear that. “That sounds terrible. I can’t bear the thought of people causing harm to innocent Pokémon” said Peter-2 with concern. “We got to help them!” said Peter-1. “That’s where you three come in. There are some Bug types who found themselves trapped in places that are out of reach for a mere human but you Spider-Mans can use your web crawling abilities to reach to them” said Dr Strange.

“Also, those Bug types don’t trust us humans easily no matter what we try. I guess it’s because of their homes being destroyed but Dr Strange suggested that with you three utilizing Spider-based powers, maybe they could trust you three more readily” said Professor Willow. “So what do you three say? Are you all ready to take on this mission?” asked Dr Strange.

The three Peters were readily to join forces with each other and to save those Bug types. “You can count us in!” said Peter-1 eagerly. “We shall do this for the sake of those Pokémon!” said Peter-3. “I’ll be watching you over both” said Peter-2 who patted the shoulders of his two fellow Spider-Mans. “Why yes, the three of us are all in this together” said Peter-1 adoringly. They all smiled with admiration as they had each other’s company once again.

Before they left, Professor Willow gave them their Pokeballs and a device that tracks down their locations and checks the moves and abilities that any Pokemon that they captured. “Feel free to capture any Pokémon who’ll aid you three” said Professor Willow. “Well, looks like us Spider-Mans are becoming Pokémon Masters!” said Peter-1. The other two Peters smiled as they admired Peter-1’s fun-loving humour.

Chapter-2 - Gotta save them all

The three Peters put on their Spider-Man outfits and set out to rescue the Bug-type Pokémon. Within seconds, they found the first three Bug types who were Beedrill, Heracross and Pinsir. They were attacked by some Team Go Rocket Grunts using Bird-like Pokémon to attack them including Krilowattrel, Dodrio and Swellow.

“Hey you guys, come to us! We’ll protect you!” said Peter-1 who tried to encourage the three Bug types to come over to them but they glared at them as they didn’t trust them. “Hey! You three leave those Pokémon alone!” cried Peter-2. “And what are you costumed freaks going to do?” asked one of the male grunts. “These Bug types are going to make millions for us!” sneered one of the female grunts. “Not if we put a stop to your schemes!” said Peter-3.  “Is that so? Show them who’s boss!” said the other grunt, setting out their Pokémon to attack them.

“Woah easy now!” said Peter-1 as they were hurt by their Pokémon with Krilowattrel shocking them with its Thunderbolt, Dodrio pecking them with their Drill Peck and Swellow charging into them using Brave Bird. The Spider-Mans were reluctant to attack the Pokémon. They felt that those Pokémon weren’t bad and were only used by bad people but they had no other option if they wanted to defend those Bug types.

“Guess this is one way to catch a Pokémon” said Peter-1 light-heartedly who fired his spider web at Krilowattrel to counter its Thunderbolt. “Sorry to do this” said Peter-2 who tosses his web balls at Dodrio to stop its movements. “Can’t catch me like a Bug type!” said Peter-3 who swings his web to dodge Swellow. “I don’t know what’s with you three but our Flying types shall catch you all!” said the female grunt as their Pokémon continued to attack them.

Beedrill, Heracross and Pinsir were amazed with the Spider-Men’s bravery as they willingly stood up to them despite not being Pokémon. For that, they decided to help them even though they had a type disadvantage. “Wow! You wanted to help out?” said Peter-1 with astonishment as Beedrill struck Krilowattrel using Poison Jab. “You’re doing this for me?” asked Peter-2 who was surprised with Pinsir helping him by using its pincers to trap Dodrio.  “Thanks for that!” said Peter-3 as Heracross used Megahorn to defend him from Swellow using Brave Bird.

So the Spider-Mans and the three Bug types worked together to take down Team Go Rocket’s Pokémon with the Spider-Mans baiting them with their swift movements or trapping them with their web for the Bug types to take them down. “Aah! We better tell our bosses!” cried the male grunt returning their defeated Pokémon. “You all won’t get away with this!” yelled the other grunt and they went off.

“Thanks for all of your help” said Peter-2 with Beedrill, Pinsir and Heracross warming up to them and they approached them. “Do you want to join us to save the other Bug types?” asked Peter-1. They readily agreed with them having to earn their trust. “Happy to be your partners!” said Peter-3 as the three Bug types allowed themselves to be captured by their Pokeballs.

Afterwards, they focus on finding other Bug types that were scattered around and attacked by Team Go Rocket. Peter-1 has found the spider-like Pokémon Ariados that was wandering on the roof of tall buildings in agitation to get away from Team Go Rocket attacking it. Peter-1 swings himself onto the roof, passing a billboard that was advertising a tour around the Pokémon regions for a supergroup (which Peter-1 had his eye on for a second) to reach Araidos.

“Come here little guy, I’ll protect you” said Peter-1, encouraging Araidos to go with him while fascinated with the fact that it resembled a spider. Araidos looked as if it was ready to attack Peter-1 who wasn’t ready to trust him yet. Team Go Rocket has suddenly arrived via helicopter who sent out their Whimiscott and Lillgiant to attack them.

Both Whimiscott and Lillgiant released their Stun Spore and Sleep Powder (the grunts have used those moves to capture the Bug-type Pokémon) towards Peter-1 but he dodged those powder moves with help from his Spider-Sense that alerted him and quick movements. That didn’t stop Team Go Rocket from commanding Whimscott to fire its Moonblast at the web that Peter-1 was holding which caused him to fall onto the floor which gave Lillgiant a cue to fire its Energy Ball at him.

But Beedrill helped to defend him by slicing through Energy Ball using X-Scissor. “Way a go Beedrill!” cheered Peter-1. He then commanded Beedrill to take down the two Grass-type Pokémon using Poison Jab which was super effective against them. “Looks like I’ve captured you Team Go Rocket!” said Peter-1 as he trapped the two grunts, Whimiscott and Lillgiant in his web, leaving for the police to take them away. Ariados was so grateful for Peter-1’s bravery that it decided to join them. “Welcome to the team!” said Peter-1 with delight.

Peter-2 has found a Spidops which also resembled a spider that was attacked by two Team Go Rocket Grunts who used Stonjourner and Eiscue to trap it using Stealth Rocks and Icicle Crash. Peter-2 and Pinsir went over to them and said “Hey, you both stop attacking that Pokémon!” “I say you stay out of this!” sneered one of the grunts. “We’ll teach you  to interfere! Stonjourner, show them who’s boss with Stone Edge!” said the other grunt. “You too Eiscue with Ice Spinner!” said the grunt.

The Stonehenge monument like-Pokémon fired its small sharp rocks towards Peter-2 and the penguin-like Pokémon with an ice face spins towards him. Peter-2’s Spider-Sense alerted him the incoming attacks, allowing him to dodge them with his speed. This gives Pinsir a chance by shaking the ground below them using Earthquake (which also hits Stonjourner for super-effective damage). Eiscus’s ice head became broken off by the quake, becoming its Noice Face form. Pinsir quickly took it out using Quick Attack.

“Good job Pinsir!” said Peter-1, praising it for its teamwork, much to its delight. After Peter-2 captured the Team Go Rocket Grunts and their Pokémon, Peter-2 offered Spidops to join them, for which it agreed having to earn its trust.

Peter-3 spotted the spider-like Pokémon that had a bubble on its head named Araquanid that was on a platform surrounded by water which would make it difficult for anyone else to get to it. It was attacked by Team Go Rocket using their Basculegions (both male and female form) to attack it from the water. Peter-3 said to Heracross “I’ll protect that Araquanid while you fight Team Go Rocket.” Heracross agreed with the plan.

Peter-3 swings to the platform while Heracross flies towards it. He protected Araquanid from the attacks, using his web as a shield while Heracross attacked the Basculegions by firing its Pin Missile to intercept the female form firing its Shadow Ball and countered the male form who charged in using Wave Crash using Megahorn.

“Please, we come to save you, not harm you” said Peter-3 as he was attacked by Araquanid in self-defence until it noticed that Heracross was fighting the Basculegions. Peter-3 also fired his web towards the grunt’s feet to prevent them from getting to Araquanid. This helped to convince Araquanid that Peter-3 was not its enemies. It joined him after Heracross defeated the two Basculegions.

The three Spider-Mans also helped to work together. Peter-1 has found a Galvantula which resembled a tarantula that wields electric type moves on top of a tree. It was attacked by Mamoswine which fired its Ice Shard at it and Tangrowth lashed out its Power Whip on the tree branches as set by the grunts.

“I just got to help it!” said Peter-1 who was about to swing towards the tree but Peter-2 stopped him and said cautiously “Hold on, you can’t just spring into action without a proper plan”. “But it needs our help” protested Peter-1. “We understand that but you’ll only endanger yourself and those you wish to protect” said Peter-3 who was worried for him based on his past experience. Peter-1 understood their concerns and appreciated their wisdom.

“Let us handle those Team Go Rocket Grunts” said Peter-2. “That’ll give you a chance to save Galvantula” said Peter-3 encouragingly. Peter-1 smiled at their suggestion. To him, they’re like his big brothers watching over him. This made him admire them both a lot in a way that is more than his alternative sleeves and friends.

While Peter-2 and Peter-3 used their Pinsir and Heracross to fight Mamoswine and Tangrowth, Peter-1 helped to rescue Galvantula in time as it fell from a tree branch that was broken off. “Hey guy, you’re safe now” said Peter-1 gently. Galvantula appreciated his help, allowing itself to be captured by Peter-1, joining his team. After the Grunts were defeated, Araidos, Spidops and Araquanid tied them up with their Spider-Web.

Peter-2 has found a Vikavolt; a beetle-like Pokémon that was trying to get away from a Magnezone and a Crawdaunt attacking it with their Thunderbolt and Crabhammer as commanded by the grunts. Not allowing a defenceless Pokémon to be attacked, Peter-2 went over to Vikavolt to defend it using his spider web as a shield. However, Magnezone fired its Flash Cannon below Peter-2’s feet which knocked him onto the floor which made him exposed to Crawdaunt charging into him using Aqua Jet, hitting hard with its ability Adaptability.

But the other two Peters helped him out with both of them capturing the grunts with their web, Araidos slamming its horn on Crawdaunt using Megahorn and Araquanid ramming into Magnezone using Liquidation (hitting extra hard with its ability Water Bubble). “Don’t forget that we have your back!...In no offence about your back of course” said Peter-3. “Yeah, we’re in this together as a team” said Peter-1 brightly.

Peter-2 smiled at them while he blushed and said “Thanks, guess I was being hasty myself”. He appreciated those two watching over him. In return, he commanded his Pinsir and Spidops to finish off the two Pokémon. Vikavolt was grateful for Peter-2’s rescue, earning his trust for it to join his team.

The Spider-Mans then witnessed a Lokix; the locust-like Pokémon that was chased in the alleyway by Team Go Rocket, using their Bombirdier that flew from above and dropping stones and Brambleghast using its branches to block the paths. “I can’t allow them to do this! I got to help it!” said Peter-3 angrily.

“Let us help you” said Peter-1 calmly. “He’s right, I understand your feelings but you’re not alone in this” said Peter-2 consoling him. Peter-3 replied to them both with a smile and admiration. They are like his only friends that are there for him. While Peter-3 went to the alleyway to find Lokix, the other two Peters commanded Galvantula and Vikavolt to take down Bombirder with their electric-type attacks and Beedrill and Heracross to cut through Brambleghast’s vines. Both Peters also used their senses to track down the Pokémon’s movements.

This helped Peter-3 to find Lokix, encouraging it to go with him so that he could escort it to safety. It wasn’t too sure at first but once it noticed the other two Spider-Mans taking down the Team Go Rocket grunts, it agreed to come with him. Once the grunts were defeated and Peter-3 led Lokix out of the alleyway, Peter-3 convinced it to join his team, to which it agreed.

They continued to rescue many other Bug types from Team Go Rocket including at hard-to-reach places with help from their partner Pokémon while helping each other. Peter-1 lured the Grunt’s Zebstrika towards his direction for Galvantula to take it down using Bug Buzz while he was defending a Levanny. Peter-2 cut open a net that contains a Shedinja while Vikavolt fights a Grunt’s Wishiwashi. Peter-3 commanded Lokix to ambush the Grunt’s Cryogonal before it attempted to freeze Ribombee with Ice Beam.

The three Spider-Mans broke a cage that contained the many different patterns of Vivillons while they protected each other from a Grunt’s Pokémon’s attacks including Peter-1 warning them that a Grunt’s Vanilluxe was about to attack as he sensed an incoming Ice Beam with his Spider-Sense, Peter-2 firing his web at a Turtonator before it fired its Flamethrower at them and Peter-3 pushing them out of a way when a Drampa fired its Dragon Pulse at them. The Spider-Mans were grateful for each of their rescue. Beedrill, Pinsir and Heracross took out these Pokémon.

They eventually found the three Team Go Rocket leaders Cliff, Sierra and Arlo who had defeated Professor Willow’s assistants; Spark, Candela and Blanche who each used Pikachu, Eevee and Lucario (they won against their other Pokémon including Tyranitar, Houndoom and Scizor but they weren’t able to handle the rest).

The Spider-Mans helped to defend them. “And who are you three?! You’re the ones who are causing trouble are you?!” yelled Cliff. “We are the three Spider-Mans! Are you the ones trying to capture those innocent Bug types?” demanded Peter-1. “So what if we are? Our boss is going to make riches with them!” bragged Sierra.

The Spider-Mans then noticed a strange figure in the distance with dark clouds surrounding it. Multiple Bug types were spawning from it. “What’s that? Is this something to do with your plans?!” asked Peter-2. “That is something that we won’t give away that easily! If you want it that badly, you’ll have to defeat us!” said Arlo who prompted the Spider-Mans to battle them. “If that’s the way you’re going to be, then we’ll be the ones kicking your butts!” said Peter-3 who was ready for a battle.

Chapter 3 – Team Go Rocket Blasts Off

Peter-1 battled the female Team Go Rocket Leader Sierra. She looked down at Peter-1 and said mockingly “I’m not fond of dealing with kids. I’ll happily defeat you” said Sierra who set her Slurpuff to fight Peter-1 and Ariados. “I’ll show you that I’m not a kid! Araidos, fire your Sticky Web” said Peter-1 and his Ariados fired its spider-web that surrounded the opposing field, mimicking the kind of techniques that Spider-Man would use.

“We’re not going to let that stop us! Slurpuff, show them who’s boss using Flamethrower!” said Sierra and the Meringue-like Pokémon fired its Flamethrower towards Araidos. Peter-1 was well aware that it would be super effective on Ariados so he quickly told Ariados to dodge it. “Just like a spider-sense!” said Peter-1. “Ugh, I’ll wipe that smirk off your face! Slurpuff, charge into them using Play Rough!” ordered Sierra and Slurpuff got close to Ariados for it to pummel it repeatedly, not giving it a chance to escape.

Peter-1 frowned as Sierra laughed mockingly. “Not to worry, it’ll be a quick defeat just like with that foolish, naive Spark” sneered Sierra. “Oh yeah? We Spider-Mans don’t give up! Ariados, counter with your Poison Jab!” called Peter-1. Ariados heard the command and jabbed its horn at Slurpuff, hitting with super-effective damage. Peter-1 then told Ariados to use Megahorn. Ariados rammed into Slurpuff with its horn, finishing it.

Sierra returned her Slurpuff and said “Humph, I was just merely warming up. Go Aromatisse!” said Sierra, sending out her small, fluffy flamingo-like Pokémon that was shaped like a perfume. It got caught by the Sticky Web which slowed it down. Regardless, she told it to use Psychic on Ariados which defeated it with the move being super effective on it. “And this is what to expect from me!” sneered Sierra. “I’m just getting started here!” said Peter-1, sending out Galvantula.

“Aromatisse, block their vision using Misty Terrain!” said Sierra and Aromatisse unleashed pink mist that surrounded the battlefield. Misty Terrain is a move that normally weakens Dragon-type moves and prevents status moves but Sierra has trained her Aromatisse to use Misty Terrian to blend in, hiding for its opponents for it to fire its Moonblast at Galvantula. “So what do you think? You’ll never find us here” taunted Sierra. “That’s clever of you I’ll give you that but I have been getting to know my Pokémon’s moves and ability. Galvantula, use Thunder!” replied Peter-1 and Galvantula fired its Thunder which hit Aromatisse.

“What? But how?!” exclaimed Sierra. “My Galvantula has the ability Compoundeyes which increase the accuracy of its moves!” said Peter-1 and Galvantula fired its Energy Ball at Aromatisse, defeating it and the Misty Terrain wore off. “You think you’re so smart?!” said Sierra irritably as she returned her Aromatisse and sent out her last Pokémon; Miltank. “Miltank! Squash them with Body Slam!” ordered Sierra and the cow-like Pokémon landed its body onto Galvantula. “Now, pummel them with Roll Out!” said Sierra and Milktank rolled up into a ball and charged into Galvantula, taking it out.

“You did well” said Peter-1 returning it. He then sent out his Beedrill. It had trouble keeping up with Milktank using Roll Out while getting knocked down. “Once Milktank gets going, there’s no way to stop it!” bragged Sierra. “Hang in there Beedrill!” said Peter-1 trying to keep calm. He then noticed the area where the Sticky Web were laid and had an idea. “Beedrill, lure Milktank towards the left!” said Peter-1. Beedrill uses its speed to bait Miltank towards the Sticky Web which causes it to slow down. “Now stop its tracks using Drill Run!” called Peter-1 and Beedrill charged its drill towards Milktank, causing her to roll off course and crash into the wall.

“Milktank! Get back there this instant and use Body Slam!” ordered Sierra. Milktank got around and jumped up towards Beedrill. Just as it was about to land on Beedrill, Peter-1 said to Beedrill “Quick, use Poison Jab to stop it!” and Beedrill jabbed Miltank’s stomach using its stinger to jab Miltank, taking it out. “You did it Beedrill!” cheered Peter-1. Sierra was not impressed with her defeat. “This must be a mistake. Failure isn’t an option” she muttered.

Peter-2 fights with Arlo. “Why do you use Pokémon to carry out your crimes when you could have given the best life under your care?” asked Peter-2 who sends out his Spidops. “Pokémon are our tools. We are entitled to use them in any way we want. You’re a commoner with that fancy suit of yours right? That’s something that you would never understand!” replied Arlo arrogantly as he sent out his Electivire.

“Electivire, show them that we mean business with your Ice Punch!” said Arlo. Just before the Thunderbolt Pokémon punched Spidops, Peter-2 told it to block the move using Silk Trap which also lowered Electivire’s speed. This gives Spidops an opening to unleash its Sticky Web. “You think you’re so smart?” sneered Arlo. “I happened to study a lot and being a Spider-Man involves not just using brawn but also relying on your brains to outwit your foes” answered Peter-1. “Humph, some Wise Guy you are! Electivire, shut him up using Flamethrower!” said Arlo and Electivire fired its Flamethrower towards Spidops.

Peter-2 quickly told Spidops to dodge and land on Electivire using Lunge, only for Arlo to command Electivire to slam into Spidops using Supercell Slam, countering Spidops with a powerful electrical slam. “Are you ok Spidops?” asked Peter-2 as Spidops felt dazed upon impact. “Ha! Squash them again using Supercell Slam!” laughed Arlo. Peter-2 told Spidops to dodge, causing Electivire to crash into the ground, hurting itself. “Now that got to hurt” said Peter-1 who used this opportunity for Spidops to strike it using Lunge while it’s down, finishing it.

“Humph, out of all times” ranted Arlo who withdraw Electivire and sends out his Magmortar. Being a Fire-type, the Blast Pokémon quickly defeated Spidops using Fire Blast. Peter-2 sends out his Vikavolt. He was well aware that he was in a tough spot due to a type disadvantage as said by Arlo “What a fool you are to think of battling my Fire type?”

But that didn’t deter Peter-2 who noticed that Magmortar landed on the Sticky Web which made it slower. This helped Vikavolt to have an easier time evading its Fire Blast while firing its Thunderbolt at Magmortar. “Humph! I guess we’ll counter electricity with electricity! Magmortar, unleash your Thunderbolt!” said Arlo and Magmortar fired its own Thunderbolt at Vikavolt.

“Vikavolt! Counter it with your own Thunderbolt!” called Peter-2 and both Thunderbolts collided with each other. Peter-2 used this as an opening to command Vikavolt to fire its Energy Ball towards Magmortar’s feet. Although it would normally resist the move, it made Magmortar lose its balance as it fell onto its back, allowing Vikavolt to finish it with another Thunderbolt.

“My sole purpose in life is to win. I’ll vanquish whoever gets in the way!” declared Arlo who returns his Magmortar and sends out his Arbok. The cobra like Pokémon fired its Gunk Shot at Vikavolt. Just when Vikavolt was about to attack back, Arlo ordered Arbok to strike first using Sucker Punch, finishing it off.

“It’s all up to you” said Peter-2, sending out his Pinsir. The trouble is that every time Pinsir tries to attack, Arbok stops it using Sucker Punch (which also helped to ignore the Speed drop from Sticky Web). “Ha! It’s time to learn your place with your defeat on swift wings!” taunted Arlo. Peter-2 frowned in frustration until he had an idea. He ordered Pinsir an attack for Arbok’s cue to strike using Sucker Punch. Just as Arbok was about to attack, he quickly said to Pinsir “Pinsir, grab it using your pincers!” and Pinsir grabbed hold of Arbok with its twin pincers and tossed it into the air, similar to Stag Beetles tossing their rivals.

“Nice job! Now knock it down to the ground using Knock Off!” said Peter-2 and Pinsir leapt up and slammed Arbok towards the ground. This made it open for Pinsir to finish it off using a super-effective Earthquake. “Way a go Pinsir!” cheered Peter-2. “I haven’t felt this humiliation since I lost my battle against Candela. You’ll pay for this!” cried Arlo, returning his Arbok.

“Cliff’s my name. Battling’s my game!” said Cliff who uses his Nidoking to fight. “Well I am your friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man!” replied Peter-3 who sends out his Araquanid and starts things off by firing its Sticky Web. Cliff responded by ordering the Drill Pokémon to fire its Thunderbolt at Araquanid which took a big hit due to it being super-effective.

“Hang in there Araquanid!” called Peter-3. “Ha! Our Sheer Force gives me strength! I won’t lose!” bragged Cliff. Araquanid has managed to stay standing. “Good work! Now use Liquidation!” said Peter-3 and Araquanid slammed into Nidoking while being covered in water in water, hitting it hard with super effective damage.

“Don’t give in now! Use your Earth Power!” ordered Cliff. Nidoking summoned an earth-shattering attack below Araquanid. “Now Araquanid, do what a Spider-Man can and jump up!” called Peter-3. Araquanid leaps upwards to avoid the Earth Power. “Good job! Slam into them with Liquidation!” said Peter-3 and Araquanid used Liquidation once again, taking out Nidoking.

Cliff returns his Nidoking and said “You aren’t getting away with this!”, sending out his Nidoqueen. Peter-3 told Araquanid to use Liquidation once again but Cliff ordered Nidoqueen to stop its tracks by firing its Sludge Wave. It was followed up by its Fire Blast, taking down Araquanid. “And how do you like that?!” gloated Cliff as Peter-3 withdrew his Araquanid. “It isn’t over yet!” said Peter-3 sending out his Lokix.

“You have guts, using a Pokémon that has a type disadvantage. You’re out of your league...” said Cliff but Peter-3 told Lokix to quickly ram into Nidoqueen using First Impression, a Bug-type move that strikes first. Even though Nidoqueen resisted the move as a Poison type, Lokix was still able to hit hard with its ability Tinted Lens.

“Being a Spider-Man is all about being quick!” said Peter-3 slyly. “Oh yeah? We’re still going to win this!” said Cliff who told Nidoqueen to fire its Ice Beam but Peter-3 told Lokix to use Sucker Punch which also strikes first. Cliff was annoyed with that but Nidoqueen managed to land the move. “Now you’ll be toasted!” said Cliff with Nidoqueen firing its Fire Blast. “Quick Lokix, dodge and use Axe Kick!” said Peter-3 and Lokix used its legs to leap upwards, narrowly avoiding what would be a super effective move. It landed its kicking move on Nidoqueen, taking out the Drill Pokémon.

“You aren’t getting away with this!” cried Cliff with frustration and sent out his Tauros. “Perhaps if you surrender now, we don’t have to fight and talk things over” said Peter-3. “As if! Tauros, take them down with your Raging Bull!” ordered Cliff and Tauros rammed into Lokix. “Lokix, stand strong and use Leech Life!” called Peter-3. Lokix lunged towards Tauros but Cliff told it to stop its tracks using Throat Chop. It was followed by another Raging Bull, taking out Lokix.

“You deserve a rest Lokix. Now it’s your turn Heracross!” said Peter-3, sending out Heracross. The Bull Pokémon charged into Heracross using Zen Headbutt. “Heracross, stop it with your Rock Blast!” called Peter-3. Heracross fired incoming rock projectiles at Tauros which didn’t stop it but it slowed down its movements (also with help from the Sticky Web that was laid earlier).

This helped Heracross to get closer and fight Tauros at close range using Close Combat. Cliff ordered Tauros to fight back using its own Close Combat. It was a fierce fight with both Pokémon bashing their horns. Cliff told Tauros to use Zen Headbutt but with his quick thinking, Peter-3 told Heracross to counter it with Megahorn, flipping Tauros over and taking it out just like how beetles fight their rivals. “You were amazing Heracross!” cheered Peter-3. “This defeat only fuels my anger!” ranted Cliff, returning his Tauros.

“We did it!” cheered Peter-1 with the three Spider-Mans defeating the Team Go Rocket Leaders. “Guess we have it in us when it comes to Pokémon battles” said Peter-3. “Now we have defeated you, would you care tell us about your plan?” asked Peter-2. “Fine, not that you’ll succeed anyway” signed Sierra.

They told the Spider-Mans that there was a raid that had the Bug type mythical Pokémon Genesect. Its presence has caused Bug types to spawn more frequently. Team Go Rocket was using their Rocket Devices that was causing Genesect to become agitated and aggressive so that more Bug types would appear twice as fast for them to capture. “Go ahead and try and stop it” said Arlo. “But I doubt you punks will stand a chance!” said Cliff.

Professor Willow’s assistants went over to thank the three Spider-Mans. “I must say that you three are amazing!” cheered Spark. “We can’t thank you all enough. For that, we would like to assist you” said Candela as they healed their Pokémon. “Your Beedrill, Pinsir and Heracross are all capable of Mega Evolving. We think it could assist you for your upcoming battle against Genesect” said Banche. “That sounds cool but what’s Mega Evolution?” asked Peter-1.

They explained that Mega Evolution is a phenomenon that acts like a temporary evolution that gives them extra power. It can only be made possible with their corresponding Mega Stone and a strong bond. The three assistants have given the Spider-Mans a keystone each and a Mega Stone which includes Beedrillite, Pinsirite and Heracronite.

The Spider-Mans thanked them. “I can’t wait to test out Mega Evolution” said Peter-3. Their respective Pokémon were eager to try it out when the time was right. As they made their way towards the raid, Peter-2 said “This is it guys, we’re in this together.” The other two Spider-Men nodded as they were ready to finish off their mission.

Chapter 4 - Three Spider-Men and a Genesect

The Spider-Mans arrived at the raid where the mythical Pokémon Genesect was found. It resembled a cyborg and it was in a frenzied state as caused by The  Rocket Devices. “Woah, that is some particular Pokémon. Still, I can tell that it’s in pain” said Peter-1 who was fascinated with Genesect yet felt sorry that it was being used by Team Go Rocket. “We got to help it” said Peter-3 who was concerned for its well-being.

The plan was to use the Pokémon to keep Genesect distracted while the Spider-Mans looked around for the Rocket devices that Team Go Rocket were using (while still keeping an eye on their Pokémon and helping them out when needed). “Stay safe everyone. Let’s give it everything we got” said Peter-2. The other two Peters agreed with him.

As the Spider-Mans swing around the raid to find the devices, their Pokémon all work together to fight the bug-robot like Pokémon. Aradios, Galvantula, Spidops and Araquanid combined their Sticky Web to capture Genesect, restricting its movements while the other Pokémon combined their attacks together as instructed by the Spider-Mans.

Meanwhile, The Spider-Mans used their Spider-Sense to detect the Rocket Devices that were controlling Genesect. Peter-3 has found one of them as he called out to them “Hey guys, I’ve found something!” “Great! That looks like one of those Rocket Devices!” said Peter-1. Just as they were about to destroy it, Genesect broke free from the Sticky Web and fired its Techno Blasts everywhere including their Pokémon, firing at five different typing (this Genesect has the unique ability to change its Drive at will).

The Spider-Mans quickly swing downwards towards their Pokémon to protect them with Peter-1 grabbing Beedrill and his other Pokémon away from the Techno Blasts, Peter-3 swinging his web at the Techno Blasts before they hit his allies and Peter-2 swinging towards Genesect before it hits Pinsir using Extreme Speed (although they try to avoid attacking Genesect unless they have to). He took the attack himself but the other two Spider-Mans saved his fall by catching him with their web.

“Thanks, I owe you both!” called Peter-2. “Always right beside you!” said Peter-1. “No matter where we’re from!” said Peter-3. Peter-2 couldn’t help but blush like before. The Spider-Mans tied Genesect in their webs to buy some time for their Pokémon to wear it down and for them to take out the first Rocket Device.

“Great! The sooner we find the other devices, the better!” cheered Peter-1 as the Spider-Mans swung and climbed around to search for them. Peter-2 has found one but they spotted Genesect who broke free from the web and was about to fire its Flash Cannon towards their Pokémon. Heracross, Vikavolt and Galvantula combined their Pin Missile, Thunderbolt and Bug Buzz to intercept the attack, creating an explosion as the moves collided with each other.

Quickly, the Spider-Mans went over to help them out by firing their web balls at the Techno Blasts to defend their Pokémon and restraining Genesect’s movements by holding its arms and legs with their web. But Genesect shook its body to break free from the web. It then charged towards Peter-3 using Extreme Speed but the other two Peters helped him out with Peter-1 grabbing him out of the way and Peter-2 capturing Genesect with his web which gives the other Pokémon a chance to attack including Lokix with Sucker Punch. Peter-3 felt comfortable with Peter-1 giving him a ride to safety and appreciated Peter-2 for his quick thinking too.

Likewise, it fired its Bug Buzz towards Peter-1 after it broke free from the web but the other two Peters defended him by combining their web as a shield. Again, Peter-1 admired the other two Peters standing up to him like his big brothers. Their Pokémon helped the Spider-Mans to keep Genesect at bay including Beedrill jabbing the Techno Blasts with Poison Jab, Pinsir using Knock Off on Genesect when it was about to use Extreme Speed on Peter-2 and Heracross firing its Pin Missile at Techno Blast, giving the Spider-Mans a chance to get to Rocket Device, destroying it.

There was one more Rocket Device to find but Genesect was still standing strong and hostile, rapidly firing its Techno Blast everywhere which injured their Pokémon and the Spider-Mans while they were defending their Pokémon. The Spider-Mans tried to capture Genesect with their web shots but Genesect struck them fast and hard with its Extreme Speed before their Spider-Sense detected it.

“Guys, Genesect is too strong!” cried Peter-1 as they were getting injured and some of their Pokémon were getting worn down. “But we can’t stop now!” said Peter-3. “Watch out!” warned Peter -2 as it was about to fire its Techno Blast at their Pokémon. As the Spider-Mans charged in to defend their Pokémon, Beedrill, Pinsir and Heracross looked and them, admiring their bravery and courage. They wanted to have more power to help them in return.

That’s when their keystones were responding to them which activated Mega Evolution. Before Genesect fired its Techno Blast at the Spider-Mans, Mega Beedrill, Mega Pinsir and Mega Heracross charged into Genesect using their Drill Run, Quick Attack (with Mega Pinsir’s ability Aerilate turning it into a Flying-type move) and Megahorn.

“Wow! You guys Mega Evolved!” cheered Peter-1. “I can tell that you all want to help us” said Peter-2 proudly. “Let’s do this together!” said Peter-3. Mega Beedrill was able to keep up with Genesect’s speed using its increased speed even when it used Extreme Speed, blocking it by using its twin stingers as it used Drill Run, helping Ariados and Galvantula to attack it. “Wow! That was spectacular of you!” said Peter-1 praising it as Mega Beedrill defended him by intercepting Gensect’s Bug Buzz using X-Scissor.

Mega Pinsir now gained wings that give it the ability to fly and gain a Flying typing. That helped it to dodge Genesect’s moves including Flash Cannon and strike hard at close range using Quick Attack, giving Spidops and Vikavolt a chance to attack it. “You can keep up with my swinging now!” said Peter-2 as Mega Pinsir happily flew next to time as Peter-2 swung on his web as they were luring Genesect’s Techno Blast away from their allies for them to attack Genesect.

Mega Heracross fired its Rock Blast at Genesect while it was firing multiple Techno Blast, using its Skill Link ability which allowed Mega Heracross to fire consecutive Rock Blasts, giving Araquanid and Lokix an opening to attack Genesect. Genesect charged towards Peter-3 using Extreme Speed but Mega Heracross stopped its tracks using Pin Missile. “Thanks for the help there!” called Peter-3

With help from their Mega Evolved Pokémon, the Spider-Mans were able to find the final Rocket-Device, freeing Genesect which became subdued. They used this chance to capture it in their Pokeball. “It’s all for us!” said Peter-1 with the other two Peters smiling at him as they tossed their Pokeball at Genesect, capturing it. Mega Beedrill, Mega Pinsir and Mega Heracross have reverted back to their base forms afterwards.

“We did it!” cheered Peter-1. “Couldn’t have done it without you both and the Pokémon who fought alongside us” said Peter-2 as he held the shoulders of his fellow Spider-Mans. “We make a great team” said Peter-3. They smiled at each other with admiration.

“We would have got away with it if it weren’t for you meddling costumed freaks!” cried Cliff after they heard that the Spider-Mans had destroyed their Rocket Devices and stopped Genesect with no more Bug-type Pokémon spawning. “You all may have won this time” said Sierra grimly. “But this isn’t the end of Team Go Rocket!” declared Arlo as the leaders made their getaway with the other grunts arrested.

Having to succeed in their mission, The Spider-Mans returned to Dr Strange and Professor Willow (who is with his assistants), giving them the Pokémon that they teamed up with including Genesect so that it won’t fall under the wrong hands. “You Spider-Mans are amazing! I can’t thank you enough for all of your help!” said Professor Willow. “No need to thank us. It was great to help out those Pokémon” said Peter-1. “You all did a good job saving those Pokémon though it’s time for you three to return to your homes” said Dr Strange, opening his portal.

The Peters hugged their Pokémon. “It’s been great teaming up with you all” said Peter-2. “If we ever become Pokémon trainers, we’ll be happy to have you all in our team” said Peter-3. Their Pokémon agreed to that. They were happy to get to know them yet sad to see them go, as with the Peters themselves.

They then embraced each other tightly as they were about to be apart once again. “Goodbye Peters, too bad that we have to go so soon” said Peter-1 sadly. “Yeah, I’ll always be thinking of you both” said Peter-2 warmly. “Good luck to you both. May we meet again” said Peter-3 tenderly. They gazed at their eyes before returning to their respective worlds.

Although their time together was short, it’s something that they won’t forget, having the opportunity to team up once again with their bond being unbreakable and having a unique connection. As they continued with their everyday lives as Spider-Mans, they knew that they would meet each other again (along with their Pokémon) and who knows, maybe they’ll have more adventures together someday.

McBusted's Pokémon Adventures Part 14 - Busted Vs McFly - The Ultimate Pokémon Showdown

Busted Vs McFly - The Ultimate Pokémon Showdown

Here is the final part of my fan fiction for two of my favourite boy bands McFly and Busted in their super group McBusted touring around the world of Pokémon where both bands top off their tour with a Pokémon battle.

Two boy bands McFly and Busted have been touring throughout many Pokémon regions as their supergroup McBusted, catching and raising Pokémon, meeting fans, making new friends and saving the world, creating many memories together throughout.

But having reached the final part of their tour in Pasio, they set up a special show where they are doing something that they have never done before throughout their tour: a Pokémon battle. It’s time to see which band is the best at Pokémon battling, using everything they have learned and experienced.

Both bands were arriving at the stadium with the McFly boys Danny Jones, Tom Flecther, Dougie Poynter and Harry coming from the left side and the Busted boys James Bourne, Charlie Simpson and Matt Wills entering from the right side of the stadium. Many fans and trainers including their friend Dominic were watching from the audience with the excitement and anticipation filling in the air.

“Well, it all comes down to this” said Tom with his eyes locked onto the Busted boys. “We may have been touring together but we aren’t pulling any punches!” said Charlie who was equally determined to win.  “Your Pokémon are going to get busted!” said Danny Jones with a playful grin spreading across his face. “Oh yeah? We’ll be the ones swatting your Pokémon like files!” said James Bourne who shot back with his eyes narrowing with mock seriousness. “Prepare to have your team battered and bruised!” said Dougie mockingly. “No, we’ll be the ones sweeping your team!” said Matt. “You’ll be the loser kids here while we’ll be the winners who’ll take it all!” taunted Harry. The crowd were amused at their competitive banter.

The rules involves each of the band members using two of their Pokémon plus one extra for one on one battles and are permitted to use Mega Evoultion, a Z-Move, Sync Move, Dynamax and Terallization (with the stadium designed to utilize all of them).

The battle started with Danny sending out his Solrock, the meteorite Pokémon that resembled the sun. “With my Solrock, it’ll be a walk in the park, just like my song Walk in the Sun!” said Danny who couldn’t resist the pun. James sends out the Psychic pig-like Pokémon Grumpig. “Pigs can fly, just like with our reunion and how we’ll win this!” said James.

“Alright Solrock, let’s start the battle using Stealth Rock!” called Danny with determination. Solrock releases small, sharp rocks onto the ground. “You think that’s going to win? Grumpig, fire your Signal Beam!” and Grumpig fired a rainbow-coloured beam towards Solrock. “Quick Solrock, counter it by charging in with your Flare Blitz!” commanded Danny.

Solrock surrounded itself in flames and charged into Signal Beam with the flames bouncing off the move which would have been super effective against Solrock and headed straight towards Grumpig who managed to resist the attack with its ability Thick Fat that reduces damage from Fire and Ice type moves.

“Ha! Abilities are everything pal!” said James brashly with Grumpig using this chance to repel Solrock by carrying it using Psychic, sending it into the wall. But Danny refused to go down just yet. “We’re just getting starting heating things up!” said Danny with Solrock firing its Stone Edge. The sharp pointy rocks hit Grumpig, dealing heavy damage which knocked it out.

“Alright! That’s our first win for us!” cheered Danny with his bandmates high-fiving and hugging him. But Busted maintained their composure as the battle had only just begun. “You did your best Grumpig” said James as he returned his Pokémon. “Leave this one to me James” said Matt and he sent out his Lunatone, the moon-counterpart to Solrock as said by Dougie “And now we have the battle of the sun and the moon. How fitting” said Dougie.

Upon switching in, Lunatone got hit by the Stealth Rocks. “Ha! Ha! How do you like that?” laughed Danny. “In the name of the moon, we shall punish you! Lunatone, use Stealth Rocks!” said Matt and his Lunatone set up the rock traps. “Don’t think copying our strategy is going to let you win!” said Danny. “Well I have a trick of my own” said Matt and his Lunatone used Hypnosis which lures Solrock into a spell, causing it to fall asleep. “Oh no! Wake up!” cried Danny. “We got you now! Lunatone, give them your Moonblast!” said Matt and Lunatone finished off Solrock by firing its moon-like sphere attack.

“And that’s our first win to us Busted!” cheered Matt. His bandmates were high-fiving and embracing him too. “Alright Tom, you’re up!” said Danny. “I got this one in the bag! Go Beheeyem!” said Tom and he sent out his alien-like Pokémon. Just like with Lunatone, Beheeyem also got hit by the Stealth Rocks. “Now who’s laughing?!” bragged Matt. “We’ll just have to keep on fighting regardless of the battle-field” said Tom keeping his cool.

Beheeyem had trouble keeping up with Lunatone’s levitating, swifter movements who uses Psychic to repel Beheeyem’s Energy Balls. “Think McFly, how you catch up to us?!” said Matt mockingly. “We have our trick up our sleeve! Beheeyem, use Trick Room!” said Tom and Beheeyem surrounded the battlefield with blue, transparent walls.

This made Beheeyem faster, dodging Lunatone’s Moonblasts and hitting it with Energy Ball which was a direct hit, knocking out Lunatone with it being super effective. “And I declare this win for Danny and his Solrock!” said Tom which made Danny blush. “It’s my turn now! Go Musharna!” said Charlie, sending out his sleeping Tapir-like Pokémon.

After it took some damage from Stealth Rocks, Charlie told Musharna to use Calm Mind which boosted its Special Attack and Special Defense. Tom commanded Beheeyem to move Musharna around using Psychic. Charlie simply told Musharna to keep on using Calm Mind. “So you’re just going to sit there?  “Fine, we’ll simply keep on attacking!” said Tom with Beheeyem firing multiple Energy Balls. “That’s when you lost your guard; Musharna, unleash your Stored Power!” and Musharna unleashed its Stored Power that became stronger with the Calm Mind boosts, dealing huge damage to Beheeyem. “Now I didn’t see that coming!” called Tom. “Bet you’re not expecting that either!” said Charlie, activating his Sync Move on Musharna which he names it 'Into the Year 3000 Psychic', finishing off Beheeyem.

“Well, that’s me out” said Tom, returning his Beheeyem. He then said to Dougie “It’s your turn now.” “Leave it to me and my blob” said Dougie who sends out his Reuniclus. Because of its ability Magic Guard, Reuniclus took no damage from the Stealth Rocks. It also took advantage of Trick Room still activated, dodging Musharna’s Dazzling Gleam to set up its own Calm Minds and fire its Shadow Balls.

“We can make use of Trick Room too!” said Charlie with Musharna moving quickly as well, firing its Stored Power although it did get hit by some Shadow Balls which was not only super effective but it also lowered its Special Defense. “You are already defeated” said Dougie and Reuniclus held Musharna using Psychic and slammed it onto the floor, knocking it out.

“Good job Musharna, have a good rest” said Charlie, returning it to its Pokeball. “You better let it rest as Musharna gets really grumpy when you give it a rude awakening” said Dougie. “You are good with memorising Pokedex entries I’ll give you that but obviously, you’ll be outta your league! Go Huntail!” said James, sending out his Viperfish Pokémon.

Reuniclus was still able to outrun Huntail with Trick Room, dodging its Crunch which would have been super effective and hitting it hard in return using Psychic. “Guess you’ll be the loser kids now!” taunted Dougie. But James had an idea. “Would a loser think of this?” said James and he ordered Huntail to slam its tail using Aqua Tail on the wall, shattering Trick Room. Dougie was gobsmacked with this.

“I say it’s time to get out of our shell. Huntail, use Shell Smash!” said James. Using the move has lowered Huntail’s Defense and Special Defense but has raised its Attack, Special Attack and Speed. This has made Huntail stronger, slamming down Reuniclus using Aqua Tail and then biting it using Crunch, defeating Reuniclus. “And looks like you’re its snack!” said James triumphantly.

“Alright, it’s time for me to shine with my Party Girl!” said Harry, sending out his Goth-like Pokémon Gothitelle. With Gothitelle getting hit by the Stealth Rocks, Harry knows that he has to get rid of the Stealth Rocks. “Gothitelle, use Trick on the Stealth Rocks!” said Harry and Gothitelle used its telekinesis to move the Stealth Rocks from their side towards Busted’s side.

“But I could have sworn that Trick can only be used on held items!” exclaimed James who did not expect that. “It’s what I’ve been training my Gothitelle to do who has many other tricks such as this!” said Harry and Gothitelle fired its Thunderbolt, dealing super effective damage. Huntail was badly hurt. “Uh oh, I better recall it just like reeling in the line!” said James who tried to switch out his Huntail but failed. “There is nowhere left to run with Gothitelle’s Shadow Tag ability. For that, I say it’s time for our Sync Move!” said Harry, activating Gothitelle’s Sync Move which resembled a stronger version of Psychic which he calls it 'Galaxy Defender Psychic', finishing off Huntail.

Each of the band members has one win each although the McFly Boys were ahead of them. “We’re way ahead of you!” boasted Harry. “Just wait until we catch up! Go Scolipede” said Matt, sending out his huge centipede-like Pokémon. It was hurt by the Stealth Rocks but Matt had an idea to remove the Stealth Rocks as inspired by Harry. “Scolipede, slam your Megahorn onto the ground!” said Matt. “What? You’re giving up already?” said Harry. “Guess again!” said Matt and Scolipede slammed its two antenna-like horns onto the ground which unearthed the Stealth Rocks, much to Harry’s surprise.

“You see that? I’ve learned that trick from you!” said Matt. “Well we’re still going to win! Gothitelle, use Psychic!” said Harry but Scolipede dodged the attack using its ability Speed Boost which made it faster every turn. “Now finish this with Megahorn!” said Matt and Scolipede slammed its horns on Gothitelle, dealing super effective damage which knocked it out.

“Bah! That was fixed I tell you!” cried Harry who doesn’t like to lose. “Don’t worry Mush, I’ll handle this. Go Gorebyss!” said Danny (while looking at Harry directly) who sends out his pink Snipe Eel-like Pokémon. Because Scolipede was faster due to Speed Boost, Gorebyss had trouble aiming its powerful attacks including Hydro Pump and Psychic while Scolipede hit it hard with its Megahorn. “And you guys thought you had backed us into a corner!” bragged James. “My Scolipede shall turn things around!” taunted Matt. “If only I could touch the rain” said Danny who was under pressure (also referring to the fact that his Gorebyss' ability is Swift Swim). He decided to withdraw his Gorebyss for now.

“Leave it to me Mush” said Harry reassuring Danny as he gazed into his eyes and sent out his pink Mola Mola-like Pokémon Alomomola. As Matt ordered Scolipede to jab Alomomola using Poison Jab, Harry ordered Alomomola to fire its Scald directly at Scolipede. “Oh no, you aren’t burning my Pokémon!” said Matt who withdrew his Scolipede, not wanting to take a chance of Scolipede getting burned by Scald.

“I shall win this with the perfect life form. Go Relicanth!” said Charlie, sending out his Water/Rock type that resembled a Coelacanth. "Fascinating to use a Pokemon based on a living fossil” said Dougie. “And now, feast your eyes on this! Use Head Smash!” said Charlie and Relicanth charged into Alomomola using Head Smash, hitting it hard. “With its ability Rock Head, it can use Head Smash as many times as it wants without getting recoil damage!” bragged Charlie. “You sure know how it uses its abilities” said Tom. “And so do we! Alomomola, use Wish!” said Harry.

After Alomomola used Wish, Charlie told Relicanth to use Head Smash once again. Alomomola was getting weakened but Harry had planned to switch it out. “Alomomola, get out of there using Flip Turn!” called Harry. “And now we’re back in action!” said Danny who sends out his Gorebyss once again. It received the healing effect from Alomomola’s Wish, restoring Gorebyss’ health. “And this is what you call teamwork! Thanks for that Mush!” said Danny who smiled with appreciation, making Harry blush.

“Well McFly, you all know how to work well as a team” said James. “You got that right! We work together to make sure that everyone has a good time with our show and to overcome anything just like our Pokémon battles! Gorebyss, use Shell Smash!” said Danny and Gorebyss used the move that lowered its defensives but raised its offensives.  “And so do we! Keep on Head Smashing!” said Charlie and Relicanth repeated its Head Smash, only for Gorebyss to dodge the move. “Gorebyss, now use Hydro Pump!” said Danny. “Quick Relicanth, counter it with Waterfall!” called Charlie. Relicanth tried to charge into the powerful spraying water but it was too much for it and took damage from it. “Now finish it with Psychic!” said Danny and Gorebyss took it down. “If that was real life, this would be gruesome, considering how Gorebyss eats its prey” said Dougie who casually added that in, much to the McFly boy’s disgust.

Charlie withdraws his Relicanth, having to be backed into the corner. “Don’t worry Charlie, I’ll turn this around” said Matt giving Charlie some reassurance. Charlie nodded, grateful for Matt’s support who sent out his Scolipede. Gorebyss was able to match Scolipede’s speed with the aforementioned Shell Smash boosts, hitting hard with Psychic for super effective damage but Scolipede was still able to outrun it with Speed Boost, taking it down with Megahorn. “Good job Gorebyss, you deserve a rest” said Danny.

“I’ll be the one to finish this as quickly as possible!” said Harry, sending out his Alomomola back into the battle. With its ability Regenerator, Alomomola restored it's health that it had sustained from the previous battle. Despite this, Alomomola had trouble keeping up with Scolipede’s Speed, dodging its Scald and Flip Turn (which was countered by Scolipede using Aqua Tail which caused Alomomola to be reflected as commanded by Matt) while prodding it using Poison Jab. “Now finish it!” said Matt and Scolipede struck Alomomola hard using Megahorn, knocking it out.

“How is that fair?!” exclaimed Harry in frustration. “Looks like you’re the one who’ll hard carry us Matt!” said James. “Yeah, no one can stop my Scolipede once it gets going!” said Matt. They both look directly at each other with them backing each other up. Tom kept his cool and said “Leave it to me; go Veluza!” said Tom, sending out his hake fish-like Pokémon with pointy purple coloured fins. ““And once again, we have too much Water. Also, the flesh that is supposed to discard to make itself faster is supposed to be delicious” said Dougie, casually referring to Veluza’s Pokedex entries. “Sounds like something that we along with Matt would have for our Bush Tucker trial” said Danny, taking part in their commentary.

“You got that right Danny Boy though I have a question for you Tom; what makes you think that you would win using Veluza before Scolipede takes a bite out of it? It’s a double-edged sword match-up after all!” said Matt. “Funny you should ask but apparently, the name Veluza is a combination of the Spanish words meaning fast and hake” said Tom showing his geeky side.

He also got out a Tera Orb. “I’ve caught mine back in Paldea which is where Terastallization originated which I shall use here and now!” said Tom, charging up with Tera Orb which changed Veluza’s Water and Psychic type into a Fighting type. This in turn gives it a resistance against Scolipede’s Megahorn. “Very clever here Tom!” said Matt. “I thank you and this is how Veluza becomes faster! Veluza, use Fillet Away!” said Tom and his hake fish discarded part of its flesh which exposed its bone-like body while becoming faster and stronger.

Veluza was able to match Scolipede’s speed, hitting hard using Psycho Cut and Aqua Cutter with both moves boosted by its ability Sharpness. “Go and get them Tom!” cheered Harry as Veluza was wearing it down. Charlie was getting nervous and said “Matt, you better stop them quickly!” “Don’t worry, I got this one in the bag!” said Matt who quickly came up with a plan, telling Scolipede to use Earthquake which helped to hinder Veluza’s movements with the ground shaking underneath. “Don’t let this stop you Veluza!” called Tom and it charged into Scolipede using Aqua Jet. “You’re right where I wanted you! Scolipede, use Poison Jab!” called Matt and Scolipede prodded Veluza using Poison Jab. Due to the HP loss caused by Fillet Away, Veluza was taken out.

“Vaultin’ Veluza!” cried Tom. “You think you had an ace in the hole? Looks like we’ll the ones sweeping this battle!” said James brashly. “That’s right, it all comes down to this” said Matt with confidence. “I thought we had this for sure” said Danny getting anxious with both bands are now even but McFly are backing into a corner when they seemingly had the advantage. “It’s not over yet with me breaking out from our verge of defeat. Go Centiskorch!” said Dougie, sending out his fire centipede.

“Ah, both of these centipedes are supposed to have a rivalry with each other” said James intrigued with Dougie’s choice. “You got that right James but I have a secret weapon” said Dougie who returned Centiskorch and got out his Dynamax band. “Let’s make it a big one shall we?” said Dougie as his Pokeball got bigger, tossing it into the air which revealed Centiskorch as its Gigantamax Form. “Alright Dougie!” cheered Danny. “Now put them into their place!” said Harry. “Yeah, they shall fry!” said Dougie with his Gigantamax Centiskorch unleashing its G-Max Centiferno.

Scolipede used its Speed to dodge the incoming massive ball of fire which would have been super effective but only barely with it sustaining a lot of damage from the previous battle that crippled its movements. Matt told Scolipede to charge in using Aqua Tail. “No you don’t!” said Dougie with Gigantamax Centiskorch firing its Max Flutterby with the green butterfly shape like projectiles pushing Scolipede back.

“You all can’t beat the heat!” called Tom. “We’re losing momentum! We gotta finish this quick!” cried Charlie. “Just what I was saving for” said Matt who got out his Z Ring. He used it to activate Scolipede’s Buginium Z. “If you want power, then we’ll give you one!” said Matt with Scolipede using its Z Move Savage Spin-Out, capturing Gigantamax Centiskorch with its silk despite its large size. “Well then, there’s overkill like no overkill!” said Dougie and Gigantamax Centiskorch countered it using G-Max Centiferno.

Both moves combined created a powerful explosion upon impact, causing a large smoke to appear, covering the whole arena. Once the smoke cleared, it turned out that not only Centiskroch revert back to its normal size but both Centipedes were knocked out, resulting a tie. “You’re got to be kidding me!” cried Matt. “Now that was too much power” said Dougie dryly.

“Well, I guess we’re both evenly matched” said Charlie. “But there can only be one winner” insisted Harry. “Which is why we saved this one for last!” said Danny, sending out the shiny Gallade that travelled with them throughout their Pokémon tour. “Of course, here is our trump card!” said James who sends out the shiny Gardevoir who has been on their side during the tour. Both Pokémon turned at their respective bands, ready to win this, giving it their all for them and then at each other sincerely as their way to wish each other good luck.

“Well Danny, let’s say we end this decisive battle on a high note?” asked James, getting out his guitar that has a keystone attached. Danny did the same thing and said “My thoughts exactly; we shall show our power and bond combined with Mega Evolution!” said Danny as both of them pressed the keystones on their guitars to Mega Evolve Gallade and Gardevoir respectively. “Go for it Danny, win this for us!” cheered Tom. “You can do it James. Give us a win!” cheered Matt. Both Danny and James’ eyes locked in a fierce yet thrilling standoff with respect and a hint of admiration.

Both sides weren’t holding back with Mega Gallade slicing through Mega Gardevoir’s attacks including Moonblast and Hyper Voice with his blade-like arms and Mega Gardevoir gracefully dodging Mega Gallade’s attacks including Close Combat and Leaf Blade as she predicted his movements. “Go on Gallade, get out there and win this!” called Harry. “You can do it Gardevoir!” cheered Matt.

“Gardevoir, dazzle them with your Lumina Crash!” said James and Mega Gardevoir fired a beam of light made out of Psychic power towards Gallade. “Gallade, counter that move with Psyblade and then strike close to Gardevoir at close range using Knock Off!” called Danny. Gallade followed Danny’s instruction as he sliced through the move and then quickly got close to Gardevoir, striking her down.

“Don’t give up now Gardevoir!” called Charlie as Gardevoir managed to stand up. She still had the energy to win this for the Busted boys. “Alright Gardevoir, let’s show them what you’re made of and unleash your Hyper Voice!” said James and Gardevoir stunned Gallade using her Hyper Voice. James then used this chance to command Gardevoir to fire her Moonblast towards Gallade.

It was looking bad for the McFly boys with Gallade taking a lot of damage with two super-effective hits as he was struggling to remain standing. Danny was getting tensed with his back against the wall. But his bandmates helped out with their moral support. “We believe in you Gallade!” cheered Dougie. “It’s not over until it's over!” called Tom.

This has helped Gallade to gain the courage to win this for them and Danny to regain his composure. “Alright Gallade, we believe in you! Let’s give it our all with your Psyblade!” called Danny. By combining their belief in him and everything he has, Gallade charges towards Gardevoir. “Gardevoir, stop them with your Lumina Crash!” said James. With their belief and faith in her, Gardevoir fired her Lumina Crash towards Gallade.

He use Psyblade to cut right through the incoming beam of light, using his determination and might to strike through Gardevoir with a powerful impact, strong enough to deal huge damage to Gardevoir to knock her down, making it a decisive blow. Cheers were erupting throughout the crowd as Danny cheered in triumphant and Tom, Dougie and Harry celebrated with him with their cheers, high-fives and hugs. “We are the winners that take it all!” cheered Danny.

As Gallade and Gardevoir reverted from their Mega Evolutions, Gallade reached out his arm to gently pick Gardevoir up like a gentleman. They were both happy to give it their all for their masters and to test each other’s strength. The Busted boys went over to Gardevoir with James saying “Thank you. You did your best.” They then approached the McFly boys, shaking their hands with both bands showing good sportsmen ship.

“Well Danny, you were a worthy opponent. You and the other McFly boys are proven to be Pokémon masters” said James with a wide grin and he shook Danny’s hand. “You and the other Busted boys have given us a challenge that gets us pumped which makes you all Pokémon masters too. For that, I thank you. We should definitely do this again” said Danny who was still feeling the adrenaline from the battle flowing through his veins and his grin matches James'. Regardless if they’re close friends or friendly rivals and who have won or lost, they all had fun and all agreed that the amazing wonders of Pokémon have brought them together.

Afterwards, they topped off their Pokémon tour on a high note with a special show featuring the McBusted boys performing the songs that they have learned or come up with from the regions they have visited plus some of their songs and their cover of Celestial and their Pokémon that they have caught showing off their attacks or abilities as special stage effects. The crowd were cheering for the performance from the McBusted boys and their Pokémon combined.

Their tour throughout the world of Pokémon is the tour that they’ll never forget with the regions they have explored, the friends they have met, the joys they have experienced and the bonds they have forged which, in that sense made them all winners.

McBusted's Pokémon Adventures Part 13 - Masters of Unity

Here is part thirteen of my fan fiction for two of my favourite boy bands McFly and Busted in their super group McBusted where they continued their tour in the world of Pokémon at Pasio from the mobile spin-off Pokémon Masters Ex. With their friend Dominic, the McBusted boys have arrived in Pasio and meet up with Ash Ketchem who helped to train with other trainers to master their Synch Moves. Among them is Paulo who hides a dark secret. Enjoy and stay tuned for more.

Masters of unity

Chapter One – Test of bonds

Two boy bands McFly and Busted as combined in their Super Group McBusted joined by their friend Dominic have been touring all over the Pokémon regions. This time, they were heading to Pasio as the final part of their tour.

“It’s nice to join you all for Pasio’s Pokémon Masters League. It’s where trainers from all over the world get together to compete in a tournament including Gym Leaders, Elite Four, Frontier Brians and Champions and I happened to receive an invitation as a top Pokémon Researcher” said Dominic.

The McBusted boys sound excited to hear about the Pokémon Masters League. “Sounds like a great way to meet all of those trainers! I hope they like our music” said Danny excitedly. “I bet we can beat them all!” said Harry who’s up for a challenge. “Don’t forget that we have picked Pasio for our special event to top off our tour” said James. “Yeah, watch this space. It’ll be a way to decide it all” said Charlie. Dominic was looking forward to that.

As soon as they arrived, they were greeted by Professor Bellis and the founder of Pasio and Pokémon Masters League Lear. “I welcome you all to Pasio. I’m Professor Bellis. I can’t wait to see your special show that’ll entertain trainers gathered from all over the world!” said Professor Bellis shaking their hands. “A pleasure to meet you Professor Bellis” said Matt politely.

She gave them Sync Stones as a way to commemorate their visit. “These Sync Stones enable you to activate a special, powerful move that combines the bond between you and your Pokémon. I hope you’ll consider using them should you ever have a battle here” said Professor Bellis. The McBusted boys were intrigued upon learning about this technique. “Now that sounds cool as a way to create a powerful move using the power of friendship” said Tom with keen interest. “We certainly should consider it!” said James.

“Your music isn’t half bad and all though I remind you all that there are many trainers who are eager to battle. All of them are synched with their partner Pokémon that they have grown with.  If your Pokémon battling skills aren’t as good as your singing or if you all aren’t synched enough, then you all won’t stand a chance against them” said Lear slyly. “Oh yeah? We’ve been having our fair share of Pokémon battling throughout our tour!” said Dougie. “He got that right, we even battled Legendaries!” said Tom. That seemed to impress Lear. “Really? I thought you all would be ammeter rock bands” said Lear. “Oh yeah? We like to show you how well we fight!” said James.

Professor Bellis had an idea. “Why don’t you go out there and meet some of the other trainers who have been taking part in tournaments? That way, you’ll get to test how well you sync with your Pokémon” suggested Professor Bellis. “Sounds like a great idea! It’ll get us warmed up for the tour!” said Danny who was eager with the idea. Professor Bellis has contacted the trainers to arrange for them to meet up with The McBusted boys and Dominic. They decided to go with their Eeveelutions as their Sync partners along with their Gallade, Gardevoir and Alakazam who are capable of Mega Evolving. After they left, Lear said to Professor Bellis “By the way, have you seen Hoopa? It seemed to wander off somewhere as of late.”

As soon as they arrived in Centra City, they met up with eight different trainers. They include Brock and Misty; the two Gym Leaders from the Kanto region, Rosa who is a young trainer from Unova, Korrina; one of the Kalos Gym Leaders, Iono and Larry who are the two Paldea Gym Leaders (although Larry is also a member of the Elite Four), Rika who is one of the Paldea Elite Four and Ash Kecthum, a trainer from Pallet Town who is the first champion of Alola, Monarch and World Champion of the Pokémon World Coronation Series.

“Hey, you are all from McFly and Busted and Dominic aren’t you all? I’m Ash and this is my partner Pikachu!” said Ash, making them feel welcome. “That’s us. It’s nice to meet with the winner of the Master’s Eight” said Dominic who was composed but couldn’t contain his excitement.

“Oh my Arceus! I can’t believe I get to battle with you all!” said Korrina excitedly as a huge fan of them.  “My Pokémon and I are fans of your music!” said Rosa who was thrilled to meet them in person. “Happy to battle with any fan of ours” said Charlie with a big grin on his face. “My my, there are a lot of trainers who are a fan of us” said Dougie astoundingly.

“Yeah, I saw your show back in Kanto!” said Misty. “I’ve heard you all had encountered Mewtwo during your tour. That must have been eventful” said Brock. “Yeah it was but we beaten it!” said James. “This shows that Flareon and I are synch!” boasted Matt. “That sounds great and all but we would like to test out your skills to see if you are all truly in synch. It’s part of my job after all” said Rika. “Of course we are, just like us as a band!” answered Danny.

“I wouldn’t get too excited if I were you, especially if you have multiple professions that’ll eat away your life” said Larry who sounds worn down. “Er, I happened to have multiple careers that help to spark my creativity” said Tom sheepishly. “Don’t listen to him! My battle with two well-known bands plus a fan of theirs will be a great collaboration for my live stream!” said Iono brightly who is already setting up her streaming kit. “Well that’ll be an honour but we’ll be the ones showing you all how synch we are as a band!” said Harry with his competitive nature firing up. “And we’ll show you all how close we are with our Pokémon; fighting as one!” said Ash as they were ready to fight each other.

This attracted the attention to some nearby people who happened to be fans of McFly, Busted and McBusted. “Hey! It’s the McFly and Busted boys!” said one of the fans. “And they’re having a battle!” said another fan. “Let’s give them our support and cheer them on!” said the fan girl excitedly. “Why does that guy get to battle with them? I’m so jealous” ranted one of the fans.

The fans cheered for the McBusted boys before their battle. “Hey McFly! Good luck with your battle!” cheered the McFly fans. “We believe in you Busted!” applauded the Busted fans. The McBusted turned to them, appreciating their support. “Thanks, we’ll win this for you all!” said Danny. “Cheers, we’ll make you all proud!” said James.

Charlie and his Vaporeon were up against Rosa and her Serperior. They had a type disadvantage but that didn’t concern them with Charlie staying calm which adapts well with Vaporeon going with the flow like the flowing water; using its defensive capabilities to block Serperior’s moves using Protect and hit hard back using Ice Beam, a move that makes them prepared against Grass types.

“Wow, that was great thinking of you there!” said Rosa who admired Charlie’s style of battling. “Thanks there, it’s all about using your creative mind just like coming up with music” said Charlie. “Now that’s an interesting perspective. However, my Serperior and I vow to battle every trainer in the world, showing our bond that makes us stronger together!” said Rosa as her Serperior fired its Energy Ball at Vaporeon before it could protect itself. Vaporeon fired more Ice Beams but Serperior dodged them with its Speed that matched Rosa’s energy. “And now, it’s all or nothing!” said Rosa and her Seperior unleashed its Synch Move; Shoot for the Stars Leaf Storm which took out Vaporeon. “Now I’m seeing the stars” said Charlie upon defeat.

Tom and his Jolteon were up against Larry and his Dundunsparce. “And now, prepare to be zapped by my Jolteon’s lighting-fast attacks that match its lighting-quick speed just like in superhero movies!” said Tom, using his love for pop culture and cool, calculative talent to command his Jolteon to dodge Dundunsparce’s attacks with its speed while firing its Thunderbolts.

But Larry kept his cool and said “Now now, why don’t we keep it plain and simple?” and his Dundunsparce unleashed a powerful sound wave attack using Boomburst to intercept the Thunderbolts. The loud noise has also stunned Jolteon. “Now that is loud and clear above the noise!” yelled Tom covering his ears. “I would have thought that you pop stars are used to this kind of thing” said Larry as he used this chance to perform his Synch Move; Exceptional Everyman Hyper Drill with his Dundunsparce point its tail towards Jolteon, spinning towards it at exceptionally high speed which knocked it out.

Matt and his Flareon fight with Brock and his Tyranitar. Even with type disadvantage, Matt was still fired up as his Flareon, giving him a challenge. “We’ll show that we can deal with anything even with type advantage!” said Matt with confidence with Flareon charging into Brock’s Tyranitar with full force using Super Power, a move that he had prepared for matchups like this. Even with his fiery passion and high energy, Matt knows to keep things under control just like he has been striving for in regard with his addiction as shown when he told Flareon to use its speed to dodge the incoming Stone Edge.

“I admire your passion and will but that won’t be enough to overcome what you’re up against” said Brock calmly and ordered Tyranitar to use Rock Tomb. The surrounding rocks have slowed down Flareon which made it exposed to Brock’s Synch Move; Synature Rock-Solid Stone Edge, beating it down.

“Come on Espeon, we can do this!” said Danny who battled against Rika and her Clodsire. “Give it your all kiddo” said Rika encouragingly yet calmly. Although Danny is known to be clumsy, he synchs well with his Espeon who balances out his impulsiveness with its wisdom, helping to draw out his hidden smarter side. This is shown when Danny commands Espeon to set up Substitute to scout for Clodsire’s attacks, giving it opportunities to use Psychic, taking advantage of Clodsire’s weakness to Psychic type moves.

But Rika remained composed and said “You have thought that well.” “Why thanks, it shows that I can be talented at Pokémon battles just like for my music” said Danny. “That certainly gives you potential. However, while my Clodsire lacks in speed, we make it up with our endurance and power combined which gives us an edge!” said Rika with Clodsire using Recover to heal the damage. It then slammed into the Substitute using Heavy Slam, breaking the decoy. Rika then shocked the earth using her Synch move Paldea League Interviewer Earth Power. As both Danny and Espeon felt the tremor, Rika commanded Clodsire to strike Espeon using Megahorn, dealing super-effective damage to knock it out.

Harry and his Umbreon were up against Misty and her Starmie. Harry’s competitive streak and mischievous heart match well with the Dark Type Eeveelution Umbreon who can take blows with its defensives which helps it to allow it to strike as shown when it strikes back Starmie using Foul Play after firing its Bubblebeam. “We shall win this with the type advantage!” bragged Harry with confidence.

But Misty wasn’t fazed and said “As a Gym Leader, it isn’t always about type advantage! It’s what you do with the matchup you have that counts!” said Misty as her Starmie used its Speed to dodge Umbreon’s attacks which gives Starmie the momentum to unleash its Dazzling Gleam which blinded Umbreon. This gives Misty an opening to use Starmie’s Sync Move Tomboyish Mermaid Bubble Beam which resembles a stronger variation of Bubble Beam. Umbreon wasn’t able to withstand the incoming bubbles and it was knocked out, much to Harry’s disbelief. “If it were a marathon race, I would beat you!” ranted Harry.

James and Leafeon were facing Korrina and her Lucario. “We won’t be holding back but hey, give it your all and show me the power of a Gym Leader!” said James, showing his friendly yet energetic mannerisms to Korrina. “Why of course; Lucario and I won’t be pulling any punches!” replied Korrina. James’ Leafeon is easily adaptable to James’ lively antics like a plant adapting to its environment as shown when James commanded it to block Lucario’s Close Combat using Leaf Blade and strike back as soon as it gained an opening and counter its Meteor Mash using Knock Off, allowing Leafeon to follow up the attack using Leaf Blade.

“Nice work there but wait until you see our true power!” said Korrina who Mega Evolved her Lucario. “A Mega Evolution? Now that gives us a challenge!” said James and he and Leafeon were eager to take it on. Mega Lucario was significantly faster and stronger, evading Leafeon’s Leaf Blade who tried to counter its Close Combat, wearing it down. This gives Mega Lucario a chance to strike using Power-Up Punch which boosts its Attack. “And now, this is the power of Mega Evolution!” said Korrina with her Mega Lucario finishing off Leafeon using its Synch Move Give-it-all-Ya-Got-Power-Up-Punch.

“There’s no doubt that our battle together will gain a lot of views!” said Iono who battles Dougie and his Glaceon with her Bellibot. “Make sure you get my good side” said Dougie. Dougie’s battle style is erratic and unpredictable as Dougie himself and his Glaceon adapts his flashy tactician as it fires its Blizzard towards Bellibot while it used Discharge. As Bellibot was hit by the raging snow, Dougie quickly told Glaceon to fire multiple Shadow Balls, using Blizzard as a distraction to bombard Bellibot.

“Now that is a sparking combination that’ll dazzle my viewers!” said Iono with excitement, bursting with energy just like electricity. “Looks like we’re going to be the stars of your livestream!” bragged Dougie. “Is that so? Don’t forget that this is my stream so only I know how to get the crowd wild like this!” said Iono with Bellibot firing its Zap Cannon at Glaceon which paralysed it. “And now let us shine!” said Iono as this gives Bellibot a chance to fire its Synch Move; Supercharged Streamer Zap Cannon, finishing off Glaceon.

Dominic and Sylveon’s opponents were Ash and his closest companion Pikachu. “I look forward to witnessing your battling style” said Dominic. “Pikachu and I are going to win this!” said Ash who is always pumped for battles. Dominic is a cool and collected fighter who uses smart strategies to catch opponents off guard, using Sylveon’s Pixilate-boosted Hyper Voice to repel Ash’s Pikachu from getting close to it using Quick Attack and Iron Tail (which would have been super effective against Sylveon). Sylveon also used its ribbons to wrap around Pikachu to prevent him from moving. Sylveon’s nurturing nature matches Dominic’s heart of gold to help everyone and idealism to make the world a better place for everyone.

But Ash is the kind of trainer who overcomes any battles by thinking outside the box using his strong bond with his Pikachu and determination. He commanded his Pikachu to use Thunderbolt on Sylveon’s ribbons, allowing Pikachu to break free. “Wow! Even I didn’t see that coming! But we’re still going to win this!” said Dominic with surprise yet determination that matches Ash’s, ordering Sylveon to fire its Hyper Voice. “Pikachu and I can do anything!” said Ash who told Pikachu to use Electro Web to block the move while trapping Sylveon. “And now, let’s do this Pikachu!” said Ash and his Pikachu finished off Sylveon using his Synch Move Best Buds 10,000,000 Volt Thunderbolt.

The McBusted boys and Dominic were shocked at their defeat. "What was fun" cheered Rosa. “We all lost?” said Dougie in disbelief. “Happy to be of service” said Larry. “You all did your best but I guess we had more experience as Gym Leaders and other professions” said Brock.

Their fans who were cheering the McBusted boys throughout weren’t happy about that as they were jeering stuff like “Boooo! Those battles was fixed!”, “No fair! Those trainers cheated with those fancy powerful moves!” and “We demand that they have a rematch!” “Hey! Who do you think you are all!” cried Misty who wasn’t happy to be on the receiving end of their fans’ wrath. “So sorry, we’ll go easy on them next time” said Rika keeping her composure. “Now now, there’s no need to get upset on our behalf” said Tom trying to keep cool though he was a little embarrassed. “Yeah, we had fun just the same” added Charlie. Their fans went off, vowing to avenge them.

Matt couldn’t help but to be a little discouraged and said “So we’re not synched with our Pokémon?” “Don’t worry, losing is part of the experience even for me as a Gym Leader” said Korrina reassuringly. “As long as you don’t give up and keep on trusting your Pokémon, I know you all will get stronger, just like for my battles” said Ash encouragingly. “Thanks, you are right about that. It’s just like learning from failure during your music career” said Danny. “I always learn each time” said Dominic. “Regardless, we have a lot of views with our stream. The crowd were going nuts!” said Iono. “Glad to be part of your stream” said Dougie.

Ash has offered to help the McBusted boys and Dominic to train them and to master their Synch moves while the other trainers went off to their separate ways. They were happy to be accompanied by him. Meanwhile, someone was watching in the distance and said to himself “Those fans were making a loud noise. They planned to cause some trouble…”

Chapter 2 – Becoming the very best

Ash helped Dominic and the McBusted boys to train their Eeveelutions, Gallade, Gardevoir, Alakzam and other Pokémon to master their Synch Moves. The McBusted boys and Dominic appreciated being mentored by a trainer from a younger generation while in return, they told Ash about the adventures they had and sharing him their music.

“Wow, you all meet a lot of Pokémon!” said Ash with amazement. “Yeah, it was great seeing all those Pokémon and the worlds they live in” said Danny. “We learned a lot while saving their worlds along the way” said James. “So what made you want to take part in the Pokémon Masters League?” asked Dougie. “To tell you the truth, I don’t know how I ended up in Pasio. It’s like I was sent here by some kind of portal all of a sudden though I find myself battling all kinds of trainers. Some of which I recognise from my travels but they treat me as if I’m some kind of stranger” answered Ash who sounded somewhat perplexed.

Dominic had an explanation. “You must have come from another time and another dimension from the other trainers that were brought here. It’s like there are different kinds of alternative worlds where every other trainer has taken a different path. Why, even we may have our alternative selves from a different timeline.” “...Men I’m so confused” said Ash who couldn’t comprehend this at all. “I know Kid, it’s making my head spin” said Dougie. “It’s way too complicated for me” said Matt with the McBusted boys didn’t quite get it either. They all have a good laugh out of this though.

The McBusted boys offered Ash to try their instruments. He did his best playing the guitars, bass and drums but he can only make some low-key noises, much to Pikachu’s annoyance and the McBusted boys’ amusement. “Maybe I’ll stick with Pokémon battles” said Ash sheepishly. “No worries, you did your best” said Tom gently. “Yeah, as long as you don’t break my drums” said Harry jokingly. “It takes a lot of practice to master them” said Charlie.

They continued their training with Ash getting the other Gym Leaders to spar with Dominic and the McBusted boys, swapping with their Eeveelutions, Gallade, Gardevoir and Alakazam. They were able to come up with strategies that caught their opponents off guard while relying on their trust with their Pokémon as instructed by Ash, helping them to awaken their Sync Stones. Along the way, they interacted with the Gym Leaders including exchanging advice or getting to know each other.

“You did well though you gotta remember to synch with your Pokémon’s moves correct, just like with your instruments” said Piers who is a Gym Leader from Galar. “A clear mind can help you to guide you to victory” said Sabrina, a Kanto Gym Leader.  “Right, they makes sense thanks” said Charlie. “Don’t be afraid to take risks and believe in your Pokémon although I have to work on being open to others” said Allistar who is also a Gym Leader from Galar. “Don’t worry kid, that mask looks cute on you” said Dougie gently. “Remember to use your loss and frustration as a motivation to do better, just how I strive to wake up early before the Rage Candy Bars are sold out” said Bruno. The McBusted boys were perplexed by this.

“You said you are all from two boy bands? We got to rock together someday!” said Roxie, one of the Gym Leaders from Unova. “You bet we will!” said Matt excitedly. “So I use the prize money from the battles I had to help with the unfortunate. It’s good to use Pokémon battles for a good cause while having fun” said Crasher Wake; the Gym Leader from Sinnoh. “Yeah, the day is worthwhile when you make people smile as once said by my Grandfather” said Danny.

Afterwards, Ash has introduced them to Paulo. “This is Paulo, he and his sister Tina were the ones who introduced me to the Pokémon Masters Tournament since I was sent here” said Ash. “I was watching your battle the other day. You all have potential as one big group” said Paulo. “Nice to meet you though too bad you have to see us lose” said Harry. “I know but still, I can tell that all of you have the conviction to push yourselves to great strength despite your adversary” said Paulo. “Well why don’t you see how strong they have gotten by battling one of them?” suggested Ash. “I’m up for it” said Dominic volunteering. Paulo agreed to do so as his way to get to know them more.

Paulo sends out his Hydreigon up against Dominic’s Alakazam. Even with type disadvantage, Dominic and Alakazam were able to hold their ground with their trust in one another and Ash’s training as shown when they appear to communicate without saying a word as if they were telepathic and Dominic comes up with ways to overcome Hydreigon’s attacks including using Psychic to deflect its Dragon Pulse and firing its Focus Blast to hit Hydreigon for super effective damage.

“You can do it Dominic!” cheered Danny. “Wow! Dominic and his Alakazam are synch even without saying a word!” said Tom with fascination. “But will they Mega Evolve or use their Synch move?” asked James. “I say he’ll only use them when the time is right” said Ash. Just as Alakazam was about to fire another Focus Blast, Paulo called off the battle. “Sorry but something has come up. I’ll let you win this one for now” said Paulo who recalled his Hydreigon and made his leave. Despite this ‘win’, Dominic had a hunch that something felt off.

As Paulo went ahead, he said to himself “...They’re strong, more than me. Maybe they’ll...”

Chapter 3 – A clash of ideas

Meanwhile, the McFly and Busted fans who saw their battle the other day were discussing among themselves. “Those trainers who won against McFly and Busted are clearly overpowered, giving them an unfair advantage!” “Yeah even though some of them  had a type disadvantage!” “That’s why we have gathered here to go up to these jerks and give them our piece of mind to avenge the McBusted boys!” “Yeah, I have specially trained my Pokémon to defeat their Pokémon!” “I’m going to prevent them from entering any more tournaments so that if the McBusted boys enter the tournament, they can win!” “Isn’t that guy hanging out with them is also a fan? We should get him to join us!”

Unknown to them, they were overheard by Paulo who led a shady group of masked people who called themselves Team Break and had a mischievous-looking mythical Pokémon that resembled a Dijinn known as a Hoopa in its Unbound form. It’s said to have the power to use its rings to summon Legendary Pokémon and people from different timelines. “Hoopa, stop those fans” said Paulo and Hoopa went over towards the fans and used Hyperspace Fury to savagely beat up the fans’ Pokémon.

The fans tried to stop Hoopa, only for them to become restrained with Hoopa using Psychic and slammed them towards the wall. As instructed by Paulo, Team Break rushed in and steals their Pokémon.

The McBusted boys and the others heard a scream and rushed over towards the distraught fans. “What’s wrong? Are you all alright?” asked Danny. “Our Pokémon! They got stolen by those masked people and that boy!” cried one of them. “It’s the craziest thing! That weird-looking Pokémon showed up out of nowhere and took out our Pokémon!” said another fan. “Don’t worry, we’ll help you all find them!” said Harry reassuring them.

“Do any of you have an idea where did those people go?” asked Dominic. “I think I saw them going that way!” said the fan pointing towards a building in the distance. Ash’s Pikachu picked up a scent and rushed towards that direction, leading everyone while the fans stayed behind with Professor Bellis who showed up, saying that she’ll contact the authorities right away.

The McBusted boys and the others have met up with a young girl with red hair, holding a Rockruff. Ash recognised her as Paulo’s friend. “Tina! Have you heard about...” asked Ash but before he could finish his sentence, Tina said “Yes...it was my friend’s doing.” “...Paulo?!” said Ash in disbelief. “Really? But how?” said James.

Tina explained that sometime a while ago, she and Paulo had an incident with Ghetsis from Team Plasma who held her hostage to force Paulo to bring Lear’s Hoopa in exchange for her safety. But during their battle, Ghetsis used his Kyurem to seemingly kill Rockruff, causing Paulo to snap which allowed him to take control of Hoopa using his Sync Stone, transforming it into its Unbound Form. Once he defeats Ghetsis, Paulo vows to use Hoopa’s new power and join forces with Team Break to wipe out all evil and become the last evil.

Although Tina agreed that those who use Pokémon for evil purposes or harm others should be stopped, his methods would only trend him on a darker path. This is shown when he has successfully taken down other evil organizations or people by using Hoopa Unbound to mercifully take them down without question or a second chance with Team Rocket the latest organization that he defeated.

With Team Break the last evil remaining on Pasio, Paulo told them to use the Rocket Control Machine that he stole from Team Rocket which makes the Pokémon stronger but aggressive, using it on the Pokémon that they stole to encourage strong trainers to take them down so that no more evil will remain.

The McBusted boys and the others felt wary hearing about Paulo’s dark ambitions. Although they understood his intentions and sympathised with what he had gone through, they knew that trending on a dark path would make him just like the very evil organization that he swore to destroy. “I can tell that Paulo has some mental issues” said Dougie sombrely. “I am all for justice but I know that there are those who weren’t always evil to begin with. For that, I cannot agree with his actions” said Dominic with concern. “I am worried that he won’t be the same brother I looked up to. I have found Rockruff who I believe was teleported by Hoopa before it got attacked by Kyurem. If only I had found sooner...” said Tina worriedly. “I swear that he’ll help Paulo to realise his actions” said Ash. “You can leave it to us. I know that he needs support right now” said Matt reassuring her.

They all continued ahead until they were confronted by Team Break and the Pokémon they had stolen from their fans, using them to fight the trainers that they had battled before. Although they were holding their own, they were having difficulties against the number of mind-controlled Pokémon. “You all must be Team Break!” cried Ash. “And we’re going to make you all give those Pokémon back to our fans!” demanded Tom. “Ha! As if we’ll hand over those powerful Pokémon that are ours now!” taunted one of the Team Break members. “We’ll be the ones breaking the bonds!” said another. “Well we shall beat them with our bonds!” said Danny and they chose to battle them with their Gallade and Gardevoir with Dominic and Ash helping them out. Although the McBusted boys were hesitant to take out the Pokémon that are owned by their fans, their minds were fully taken over by The Rocket Machine which makes them instinct fighting machines, giving them no other choice but to fight them.

The McFly boys helped to back up Larry, Rika, Misty and Iono with their Gallade who used his gallant swordsmen-like movements to slice through the opposing attacks using Psyblade and Leaf Blade including Icicle Spears from Cloyster and Shadow Balls from Xatu, giving him an opening to quickly strike his opponents up close using Close Combat and Knock Off. This also helps to counter his opponent who tries to attack at close range including Breloom using Mach Punch.

Those orders were given from each of the McFly boys which is just like how they corporately play their songs on stage, making them synchronized with each other. “Wow, I can tell that you guys have grown a lot stronger” said Rika as they helped to protect her Clodsire. “Thanks though we have Ash to thank for passing his experience to us” said Tom. “And now, let’s give it our all just like for our shows!” said Danny as they were ready to perform their Sync Move Galaxy Defenders Psyblade with the McFly boys jamming their instruments while Gallade Mega Evolved and charged up his Psyblade which became larger than usual, delivering a powerful PSI slice on Cloyster, Xatu and Breloom which took them out. “And that was our Sync move!” cheered Dougie with Rika and the others watched in amazement. “Winning this as one!” added Harry.

The Busted boys used their Gardevoir to help Rosa, Korrina and Brock who fights gracefully and elegantly like a ballerina by dodging her opponents’ attacks using her psychic scenes including two Rapidash, both in their Kanto and Galarian forms charging in using Flare Blitz and Play Rough and firing her Moonblast and Aura Sphere at their behind. A Dugtrio was about to sneak up on her but she sensed its ambush and stopped its tracks by firing her Hyper Voice.

The Busted boys were fully in synch with their Gardevoir which is like whenever they were writing up songs together. “You boys are really good at this!” said Rosa, giving her support after they defended her Serperior. “All this training has paid off” said Charlie. “And we shall use our experience for this killer move of ours!” said James which was their cue to pull off their synch move Wedding Crashers Lumina Crash with the Busted boys playing their instruments at full blast while Gardevoir Mega Evolved and fired a powerful variant of Lumina Crash which finished off both Rapidash forms and Dugtrio. “Wow! I really felt our combined bond with this one!” cheered Matt.

Dominic teamed up with Ash to fight with Piers, Alistair, Roxie, Crasher Wake, Sabrina and Bruno. Like before with their battle against Paulo, Alakazam makes full use of its psychic capabilities, using its telekinesis to stop its opponent from charging into it or firing their attacks as shown when it stopped Gogoat’s tracks using Horn Leech and Lycanroc Midday Form firing its Stone Edge using Psychic. Both Dominic and Alakazam were fully in synch as they fought smartly as if their brain powers were combined.

Maushold was about to attack Alakazam using Population Bomb but Ash’s Pikachu defended them just in time using his Iron Tail. “It’s all yours Dominic!” said Ash. “Thanks, I owe you one Ash!” said Dominic who was ready to use his Synch Move, Mega Evolving his Alakazam and unleashed a powerful Psychic attack using Over the Rainbow Psychic, defeating Gogoat, Lycanroc and Maushold.

Tina helped out too using her partner Pokémon Flareon, using Flare Blitz to charge into Avalugg using Ice Spinner and Excadrill spinning towards them using Drill Run. “Your Flareon is doing a good job helping us out. Its fiery passion is as strong as mine” said Matt. “Thanks, my Flareon has been my partner. I have so many memories of it since it was an Eevee. I maybe Paulo’s friend but I cannot allow him to tear that bond between people and Pokémon” said Tina as her Flareon fired its Scoring Sand at Grafaiai. “I get that; we as a band hold onto the memories we have that make us who we are today right down in Memory Lane” said Tom. “May that conviction make you strong to help your friend” said Dominic. Tina agreed with them, using all of those feelings into her Sync Move Warm Feelings Fire Impact.

Paulo were watching the battle while he was with Hoopa Unbound (who was also watched by another man at the far back). He said to himself “So they have mastered their Synch Moves. Maybe this will give them strong enough too...” but he was then confronted by Tina and the others. “Paulo! Please stop this! It’s not what I wanted!” begged Tina. “She’s right, you are going too far!” cried Ash. “This is the only way to destroy all evil by all means even if I have to stand alone!” replied Paulo.

Dominic and the McBusted boys attempted to reason and understand Paulo. “There’s nothing wrong with standing up to evil but you cannot destroy all evil by using power alone. It’s something that we can only do together just like how I stood up for my rights” said Dominic firmly. “I’ve been relying on others which have been holding me back. Only I can get stronger on my own so that I can protect myself and those I care about, whatever it takes!” argued Paulo.

“But you cannot become the very thing that you are trying to destroy! There’s always going to be evil in the world, but by using Hoopa like this, it won’t be fair on it as Pokémon are not meant to be used as tools” said Dominic persistently. “What about those Team Break goons of yours? Aren’t you leading them?” asked Dougie. “I’m only using them to eliminate other evil. By making them the last ones to go down, I will deliver justice” answered Paulo, standing firm to his convictions. “But you can only do so much by going it alone. We’ve been through dark patches in our lives but by opening up to others, we can get through it together” said Matt. “This plan of yours will only bring pain to others including those you want to protect, making you no different than those you swore to take down” said James. “If you come with us and put a stop to this, I believe we can help to understand each others’ perspectives” said Danny.

Paulo disagreed. “You all don’t get it. There is no other way!” he snapped. During that moment, Hoopa Unbound suddenly went on a rampage having to be consumed by Paulo’s negative emotions as manifested by his tainted Sync Stone, destroying the Rocket Control Machine and attacking Paulo, turning against him but Gallade, Gardevoir, Alakazam and Pikachu protected him, taking the hits themselves.

“Pikachu!” cried Ash as they rushed over to their injured Pokémon with concern. “Are you alright Alakazam?” asked Dominic. Their Pokémon looked at them with a brave smile. The McBusted boys and Dominic returned their Pokémon back into their Pokeballs for them to rest.

Chapter 4 – Power of Synchronization

“I congratulate you for doing all the work for me” said a shady man who made his appearance. He was Giovanni, the leader of Team Rocket. “What? But I thought I defeated you!” exclaimed Paulo. “Didn’t we fight Team Rocket back in Johto?” said Dougie to himself. “You fool, I merely pretended to lose for you to let your guard down so I can take control of Hoopa Unbound myself as a way for me to use its powers to summon Legendary Pokémon while I take control of Pasio, ushering a new age of Team Rocket! You see, Hoopa requires a partner with a mind that is free of doubt for its power to be controlled, something that you clearly lack!” explained Giovanni and he sets Hoopa Unbound to go on a rampage everywhere, destroying nearby buildings in sight and terrorising other trainers.

Paulo was in shock and disbelief. “This is...not what I wanted!” cried Paulo. Lear turned up and angrily said “To be blackmailed is one thing but you have some nerve to use my only friend who was there for me when my Mother died and when my Father dumped me into a strict school who’ll now destroy this very tournament that I call home! I hope you are proud of yourself. This is what you wanted. This is what becoming the last evil has got to you!”

The McBusted boys and the others helped to comfort Paulo. “Paulo, we want to help you” said Tom. “Let us save Hoopa from Giovanni’s control. That way, we can save Pasio” said Harry. “We can confront evil together so that you won’t have to be alone” said Charlie. Paulo looked up to them. Tina held his Rockruff, much to Paulo’s surprise. “It was Hoopa who rescued Rockruff back then by teleporting it away in time but I was the one who found it”. Paulo embraced his Rockruff and said to The McBusted boys and Dominic “...Thanks. Please destroy the last evil for me”.  “You have our word” said Dominic with reassurance and they all went off to stop Hoopa while Paulo stayed behind with Ash and the others to fight Team Break who turned against him, siding with Giovanni. Lear also helped out using his Starapator who charges into its foes using Brave Brave.

Dominic and The McBusted boys send out their Eeevelutions, using them to fight Hoopa Unbound and to defend other people and Pokémon. “Do you all think you have the power to stop Hoopa under my control?!” sneered Giovanni. “We’ll show you the power of our bonds together!” answered Danny. “As a band and with our Pokémon!” added James.

Hoopa Unbound often fights by surrounding its opponents in six rings and striking them with its six arms using Hyperspace Fury, taking a lot of damage but Charlie and his Vaporeon stayed calm, keeping an eye on when Hoopa is about to attack for them to protect themselves and others (including the other trainers for them to make a getaway) using Protect. Vaporeon wasn’t able to constantly use Protect against Hoopa’s attacks but Charlie was then thinking outside the box just like Ash would. Just as Hoopa was about to attack Vaporeon using Hyperspace Fury, Charlie said “Vaporeon! Fire your Bouncy Bubble at the fists!” and his Vaporeon followed his instruction, using the powerful bubble attack to intercept Hoopa using its fists to pound on Vaporeon and its teammates, allowing them to attack Hoopa.

Tom and his Jolteon keep their cool with Jolteon using its Speed to dodge Hoopa using Psychic to throw objects at them and his teammates although Hoopa also uses the objects to defend itself from the attacks. “We gotta keep on pressing on by attacking those objects!” said Tom, thinking of a well-thought-out plan while maintaining his composure. Jolteon understood him and fired its Thunderbolt at the objects which made Hoopa open to attacks including Jolteon shooting out its Buzzy Buzz.

The sight of Hoopa causing destruction has made Matt wary but he and Flareon knows that there was no time to be afraid as they took bold action to charge into Hoopa using Flare Blitz who fired its Gunk Shoot towards Flareon. The flames surrounding Flareon protected it from the incoming attacks which allowed Flareon to land the attack on Hoopa, dealing great damage but also hurts Flareon with the recoil damage. “Let’s hold back a bit and focus on giving the others a helping hand?” said Matt gently, knowing its limits. Flareon appreciated him showing concern and concentrated on helping his bandmates and the other trainers by using Sizzly Slide on the Gunk Shoots before it hit anyone.

Although Espeon had a type disadvantage against Hoopa, this did not deter Danny who felt anxious but had the courage to help out his bandmates and the other trainers while facing Hoopa, matching Espeon’s calmness (just like when he did a Bushtucker Trail in I’m a Celebrity when he has to lay in a chamber to get the stars that was full of snakes including one that got into his boxers). He commanded Espeon to use Psychic on the incoming Focus Blasts, deflecting them away. Just when Hoopa was about to use Hyperspace Fury on the others, Danny quickly told Epseon to fire its Dazzling Gleam on Hoopa to defend him, a move that he had prepared up against Dark types. “It’s all to protect everyone!” said Danny as Espeon used Glitzy Glow to set up a Light Screen to reduce the damage taken from Hoopa’s special attacking moves.

Even with their teamwork, Hoopa was still a tough opponent who fired multiple Gunk Shoots and Focus Blasts towards the Eeveelutions, knocking them down. They were about to get attacked by Hoopa’s Hyperspace Fury but Paulo arrived just in time, using his newly evolved Lycanroc Dusk Form to fire its Stone Edge at the rings. Ash and Tina have also arrived with their Pikachu and Flareon attacking Hoopa with their Thunderbolt and Fire Blast. “Thanks for the help there!” said Dominic.  “It’s my way to make up for my mistakes” said Paulo. “We are all in this together!” added Ash.

Hoopa used Hyperspace Fury on Umbreon once again but Harry ordered it to use Baddy Bad to set up Reflect to reduce the damage taken from it. “Let’s show that we are better than it!” said Harry with his competitive streak once again as Umbreon used Foul Play. Harry’s mischievous yet good-hearted nature with the striving force to do better as reflected with Umbreon’s Dark typing as shown when he commands Umbreon to defend the others from Hoopa using Hyperspace Fury using Foul Play on its fists.

James’ Leafeon got hit by Gunk Shoot, taking a lot of damage from the move with Leafeon being weak to it. “Don’t give up! Use Sappy Seed!” called James encouragingly and Leafeon summoned a huge stalk that scattered the seeds on Hoopa, using the seeds to restore Leafeon’s health, gaining more energy to fight to match James’ quirky nature yet creative driven nature. James also had the idea of using Leaf Blade to slice through the incoming Gunk Shoots.

Hoopa fired multiple Focus Blasts towards Glaceon. Dougie told it to use Freezy Frost, using the huge crystallised iceberg as a barrier, protecting it and the others. It became shattered by the projectiles but that’s when Dougie quickly told Glaceon to fire its Blizzard on Hoopa, demonstrating their unpredictable trickery. “Ha! You didn’t see that coming did you genie?!” taunted Dougie.

Hoopa once again use Psychic on multiple objects but Dominic quickly tells Sylveon to repel them using Sparkly Swirl. Hoopa then used Hyperspace Fury with Sylveon dodging its fists as they appeared from the rings. “You can do this Sylveon! Together, we shall not only help the others but also Hoopa to free it from Giovanni’s control!” called Dominic. Motivated by his hope and compassion, Sylveon regained composure and fired its Hyper Voice at the rings, breaking them while hitting Hoopa.

Their teamwork has managed to weaken Hoopa but it wasn’t down just yet. “I admit that I am impressed with your teamwork but none of you will stand a chance with this ultimate Sync Moves of ours” said Giovanni as Hoopa was charging up a powerful beam attack made out of dark matter. “Well then, let’s say we all combine our power as one?” said Tom as they were ready to use their Sync Move together. “I’m with you there!” said Charlie.

“It’s time for the grand finale!” said Dougie as they activated their Sync Stones, channelling their power onto their respective Eeeveelutions with each of them firing a beam that represented their typing, all at the same time. They all call it Unity Starry Typing Beam. With all of them combining their bond and determination, all of the beam attacks were able to overpower Hoopa’s attack, dealing massive damage which subdued it, freeing itself from Giovanni’s control as it reverted to its Confined Form. “We did it!” cheered Matt. “How do you like our teamwork?!” bragged Harry. Giovanni accepted his defeat and said “You all may have won this team but mark my words; Team Rocket shall live on!” as he walked off.

The McBusted boys and Dominic have become heroes having to stop Giovanni’s plans and return their fan’s Pokémon. Lear became reunited with Hoopa too. “You guys rock with those Sync Moves!” cheered Ash. “They were a blast out there, I felt truly as one with each and every one of you” said James with them smiling at each other with affection.

Paulo showed up with Tina. “We have all of you to thank for everything” said Tina. “You all shown to be stronger, standing up to evil better than I could” said Paulo. “I believe in you Paulo. As long as you continue to have a heart full of compassion, then you still have what it takes to stand up to evil for others” said Dominic giving him encouragement even with the trouble he has caused. “Just remember that you’re not alone” said Danny warmly. “Yeah, as long as you keep out of trouble Kid” said Dougie. Paulo thanked them and said that he was on probation with the International Police as a way to atone for his actions.

“In the meantime, I guess I have you all to thank, showing that you are all stronger than I thought. I look forward to that battle of yours” said Lear. “You better be there!” said Matt excitedly.

Afterwards, the McBusted boys performed at the Pasio stadium with Dominic, Ash, Paulo, Tina, other trainers that they had met and their fans watching and cheering for them, especially one time when they performed their Eeeveeutions Sync Move (including Dominic’s Sylveon as their special guest) during their song that they come up with ‘Synchro Symphony’ which reflects on the bond between people and Pokémon and their Mega Evolved Pokémon during the encore.

Having to save the world once again, the McBusted boys became closer to their Pokémon, as with each other. Their tour throughout the world of Pokémon has given them memories that they’ll never forget which will all come down to a special show that they have set in store.
